Well for all of youse dat observed the last "farcical" snowstorm last week.....Whaddatink? Hey, it was snow and it added to the base. It is now cold and its going to add to the freezing..........and if we're lucky...real lucky....we'll get POUNDED by a big storm at the end of this week...

Came back down Gogebic yesterday and hit Watersmeet trail W2 ..... it was groomed all the way to Watersmeet! Then the groomer had run down 3 to Land O' Lakes and that was good, could be ground out a little better, but another pleasant surprise during weekend riding----THANKS GUYS!

Has anyone besides me noticed how great Watersmeet has been grooming lately? I have been their biggest critic over the last 5 years and I have noticed a great improvement over the last 3 weeks!!!! Seems as if they are grooming almost everyday and they have been grinding out the bumps...GOOD...

Was up here between Christmas and New Years and the trails were decent. Still early season riding, but considering the traffic and the snow, the Frosty club did an excellent job keeping up. Theres alot to be said about grooming EVERY DAY and at night so the trails get a chance to set up...

this section is a pretty key link to crosscountry riding to da east and seems to always be iffy......they also have a new head of tourism over in Baraga and she does'nt seem to take the snowmobile trail part very serious.
