i am the anti collector-horder.

Every year, i get rid of anything i do not need. Either by selling it, giving it away or with anything leftover, dumping it in the dumpster i have delivered every spring.

I don't collect anything. as a kid i had baseball cards, but only about 3000 of them and i gave them to my brother.

I collect everything!!!!!! Garage packed from floor to ceiling.

I like this guy already.... maybe even better that PR1.... LOL
I just went thru my garage cleaned it up , dragged it to the curb for the garbage man , then went out to help him when he pulled up. I was a little late so he had a disgusted look on his face, I had these super duty 5ft deep bags stuffed with junk. Like I said " draged to the curb " .... kind of felt bad for the G-man. He was going to leave my aluminum slider on the ground " because it wouldn't fit in his " opening " . I grabbed it busted it up and folded it and away it went.

Indy.... hope your still collecting stickers ? I was going to " good will " you the rest of my collection ! If not.... I hope you didn't throw the ones I sent you out ? Those were classics....

Here is my collection..... I have issues !

@ chadlyt, yeah i hear you on that one. I almost have an obsession on not having clutter or collecting things, probably to a fault. If i havent used it in about a year or so its gone, minus basic tools and such.

I am collecting dust. Mark, any bites on this Antique Caboose stove I have? Any Caboose restorers or train stuff collectors? I have the find for your collection. Very rare since it is over 100 years old and has never had a fire in it. I used to collect beer steins and anything that says Polaris, HD or Miller light (for the wife). Wife collects Dept 56 ceramic houses.

Nascar diecast 1/24, 50 or more. My wife has cookbooks 100's and 100's of them. Best thing with that is, she can cook and I can eat!! mmm good !!

I started what I thought would be a small collection when I built the bar in my basement. And now I have well over 150 different Wisconsin brewed micro-brewery beet bottles! My wife finally said enough on display at the bar, so now I will have to box some up as I keep adding to the collection. I had no idea there was that many micro-breweries and beers in Wisconsin, it's never ending.

I do tend to collect. Here are the first things that come to mind in order of scale:

Slide photographs I've taken through the years (although the collection hasn't grown since I went digital)

Magazines

Books

Lumber (gets used at about the same rate it is acquired)

Railroad switch stands

Campers

Trucks (3 + a van for commuting)

Properties (currently at 6 parcels)

And the caboose stove pr1 mentions could be the start of a new collection but it's too far away.

Yep. I collect and restore vintage muscle sleds. Got 24 or 5 at present. Should have gone into sewing thimbles, take up way less space.
