CMon Mo don't go there.
NOthing about whimping out. The odds were against me and you weren't giving any points. For a guy that talked up a big game what Trubisky was gonna do to the swiss cheese Packers D how you couldn't wait for Nov. 12th you sure didn't back it up. All hat, no cattle.

I tell ya what when Rodgers is healthy next year and were favored by 20 then we'll talk.

Also Mo I guess I didn't realize how bad you guys suck. (still)

Spin it however you want. YOU wimped out. Darn. haha, but thanks for that tho. im 20 or 100 richer.

Also Don't make comments about winning and then ask for points to.

actually momoney that's how gambling works, its called betting the spreads and that's what makes it interesting. Going straight up is only for even teams. If you wanted to go straight up that would tell me you didn't have faith that the Bears were good enough to win and cover, which proved to be correct. Vegas lays points to even out, and make gambling more difficult. The pack were getting points, since they were visiting team, lost 3 in a row, and looked terrible the week before, with a BACKUP QB, why would someone ever go straight up on that. The points was supposed to make it even and the Pack won out right....which they were not supposed to do. So the Bears lost outright even while giving points, that's a bad loss. You should have taken the bet with the points, you would have lost but that's how it works.

More importantly than the waggering was the talk of coaching change. Listening to the radio today brought up some good points. The timing and way they bring in a new coaching staff is hugely important. Release Fox this year, you get a new coach next year with probably a new entire staff, hence a new system for a developing QB. Wait a year and Mitch has 2 years of offense stability than a new coaching staff and has to learn a new system for his third year. Stability is key for a developing QB. The Bears have to get this right.

Fox not the guy for developing Trubisky and has to go at end of the season. We thought Adam Gase was an O wizzard but he seems to be losing control of the Fins this year as head coach. Josh McDanials and Jim Harbough seem good but so did Gase.... IDK Gruden will want big money but worth it imo. Experts still think Trubisky can be a very good QB not great but very good is aok by me. It will be interesting to see if Trubisky has a break out game this season if he doesn't more doubt will creep in and not a good thing for him.

Yah the last kind of stability Mitch needs is another year with Fox as his head coach. Fox and MacAdoo will be gone simultaneously on the last day of the season.
It was comical in the 3rd and beginning of 4th quarter with the play calling 2 runs, pass and punt. Rinse and repeat.
It's not like your fighting for the playoffs let the kid throw the ball 40 plus times see what you got. Played right into the Packers hand as their Run D is respectable but pass D is a sieve.

This was to be the season high for you Bears fans and once again, look what happened.
Alla MOMO's talk was just that....talk , and when it came to the big game he wimped out on a friendly wager.
This just confirms my disdain for loudmouths....and Doo owners.....all talk.

I wasn't very clear on my post. I absolutely agree that Fox needs to go this year. I meant to say that a coaching turnaround means an entire new staff usually and this means Mitch will need to learn a new system in year 2. If Fox stays, which i hope doesn't happen, I think that would be the worst scenario cause I don't think Fox makes it after that year and mitch is learning a new system after year 2. Regardless, Mitch will be on his second system by year 2 or 3. Not an easy task for a young QB. The timing and of course who they pick is very important.

Unless Fox starts to open up the O with Trubisky not much for Mitch to learn this year. Anybody can hand off to your RBs. Sure Mitch is getting reps but seeing the same thing over and over is silly with a stacked box to stop the run. If Mitch has throwing talent let him do it.. I have seen some darts in small windows but heck welcome to the NFL it just doesn't get better unless it is a blown coverage. Goff looks really good this year not so good his Rookie 5 or 6 games last year so there is still hope for Trubisky. I understand Bears WRs are garbage and will prolly be an entire new group in 18 but throw the ball anyway try and fit it in there we can all see if there is separation or not but at least Mitch could be making the correct coverage read.

I am really interested in the Vikes/Rams matchup this week. should be a good game and show us how good both teams are. Packers have a big game also, for all their season issues they are still in the playoff hunt. Should be another fun weekend.

rams are legit..... be a good game.

Pack just needs to tread water here a few more weeks.

rumors are a certain unnamed QB with a broke shoulder was taking snaps this week with the practice squad. You didn't hear it from me,,,just sayin'.

Don't count him out yet Mo.

Even if he does comeback In 3 or 4 weeks not sure they will be in position to get in playoffs. NFC south and west appear to have the WC, and I don't see pack catching Minnesota.

Disaster would be to bring him back early and re-injure the shoulder. But hey...do what they gota do.

Very impressed with the Vikes, they're the real deal. Thought Mitch played pretty good today and the Bears offensive line dominated the Lions. Not sure about the Lions play calling, thought they had lots.of opportunity to take over and couldn't. Look like Pack got roughed up. NFC North, minus the Vikes, is pretty bad.

This was the Trubisky I was waiting to see...the kid can run and throw darts but has some footwork problems when he throws. With the poor WRs on the team he did ok and is getting better with every game. Da Bears hung tuff with Detroit and Lions prolly will be a wildcard team. This was an exciting game and Barth blew an easy FG to tie in final seconds. Why management thought Barth was an upgrade to Gould seems crazy to me? I would not be surprised if Barth was released any day now for a replacement kicker he is that BAD! Bears have to and will move on from him. Crying shame that Floyd hurt his knee but the way it goes in the NFL...line the next man up then draft or sign a FA edge rusher in 2018.

that was one of the worst kicks ive ever seen. not even close lol

floyyds knee may not be as bad as suspected. looked like torn acl but i read its possibly a sprain. find out later for sure what it is.
