Bears & nfl

This is an excellent opportunity for Mitch to show what he has, no reason to keep him bottled up. The Bears are not a playoff team and Pack can be thrown on all day. He needs a big game, no reason not to have one now.

Honestly, you know foxs game plan is going to be run run run. As long as the bears don't turn the ball over, should be easy win. don't see the defense having much trouble holding them to less than 17.

Remember the bears WR's cant get open. no more miller. Id bet they don't call many passing plays unless they fall behind. even then howard and cohen should be able to get 5 yards a carry and every once in awhile play action. Bears win. 27-13.

Will Inman be a factor for passing game?.....I doubt it too soon for timing. Bears do win with run run run and Howard not a burner maybe Cohen can break out. I'm amazed how Howard gains yards just simple north south runner that now and then breaks a big one but always gets caught from behind. If Howard can gain 5 yards a pop it will be a long day for the Pack. Howard tuff to stop late Q3 and and Q4 if Bears ahead. This could be a good game or smashmouth boring Bears win. Bears will try to run for sure no doubt about it.

Oh yeah, I know Bears will be run happy. But, I also know that if you want to develop this guy you gotta allow him some throwing opportunities and make him win you a game. yes his receivers are absolute garbage, that's why I mentioned a long time ago how important receivers are to a team. I don't really care if the Bears win, its a meaningless game and most likely it will be a pretty boring game by NFL standards, but I am hoping, just maybe, Mitch can be freed up to show us what he has. And if he throws 3 INT's I don't really care...as long as he learns from them. Ill gladly throw away this season for future success, not that it has to be that way.

Fox would be stupid to run run run. Why not let his young QB get some experince passing the ball against a pass defense that cant stop anybody since Cutler left town? And it was only Cutler even then...
Let him pass pass pass. If he makes some mistakes, gets a few picks, falls behind by 7-10 points, let Howard run it in the 4th to win the game. Or little dump passes to Cohen.
Otherwise let Mitch air it out, 20 yards down field every pass. The bears WR maybe the worst in the league, but come on, they are playing the packers defense.

The Packers will not score more than 14 points on the bears defense, and even then thats counting on a fumble or pick 6. No reason to shelter Mitch in this game. He will be able to stand in the pocket for 8 seconds while he figures it out. Not need to scramble.

Bears win 17-10.

I agree. Unfortunately fox is coaching for his job not future development of the QB. That's why he needs to go. id be shocked to not see a lopsided run to pass ratio.

Yeah the early line was 3 then the Pack played on Monday and moved to the 5.5. Vegas saw that Pack display and the money must have been coming in fast on a 3 line. This may be a lost season for them but with Rodgers back next year they will be right back in the hunt. Im sure players do take in account living in Green Bay might not fit their life style. A lot of the Bears players don't live in Chicago either, cold climate! Im not picking on this game this week, have 6 others i like better. But, I would take the Bears to cover the 5.5.

Lol. Good one ..did u read that out of the packer fan boy book of insults?

Said it a million times over the past few years. The packers are 1 injury away from the worst team in nfc. They are a garbage roster with an elite QB. What a shame for Rodgers. He has to be sitting on sideline thinking *** am I doing here.

It really isn't going to be interesting at all. 1 horrible team with a horrible QB, and one young and up and coming team with a good D and a star in the making behind center.

not even joking I think the browns would beat the packers, rather easily.

Timo, weren't you saying how the swiss cheese packer D was gonna go worst to first in this thread, along with how the offense was gona set records. Hahahaha my how the tables have turned.

I didn't say the Packers were gonna set scoring records with Hundley QB'ing.

This star in the making (LOL) QB you talk about should have absolutely no problem throwing for 300 yard against the swiss cheese defense the Packers have. Can't wait to see it.

The Packers have mentally checked out this year. We may lose to the Browns but we never lose to the Bears.
We own them, u of all people know that.

If they allow mitch to thro, he can and will....wait and see. if they stack the box vs him like they did against glennon. its gona be fun to watch him light the fudge up.

yea since the record was tied between the 2 teams LOL like 97-97. we NEVER win, hahahah!!!!

Given the run of luck the packers have had with QB's the past 20 years(while only winning 2 SB's)....., its just so refreshing seeing them without one, and how obviously poor managed they are.

On the bold....

Care to place a wager on it?

Didn't think so.

Dude Mitch has stacked boxes every game. everyone and their grandma knows they're running the crap outta the ball.
He should be picking apart Defenses with his running game to cover him.

Sure friendly $20 on the side.
You of course are giving me the 3 points?
You cam mail me a check when I win.

*please get the OK form mom that I'm taking your paper route money*
