Waiting on Fangio hire as D coach ...he is one of the best! Imo pay him whatever he needs to stay or someone else will. Lots of interest in Fangio.
Honestly thats why i thought the bears hired someone yesterday, as his contract expired at midnight. Def would love to see fangio stay. Brought bears into a top 10 D with not a ton of talent. just please dont let the fudge get him. i kno they are after him

Yep they sure are and Fangio worth whatever he wants to stay with the Bears. Fangio leaves and he will raid the Bears D talent ...not a good thing... We know and Pace knows pay him!! Money is the only thing Fangio wants and already well paid just like Phillips.

Fangio is a huge part of success moving forward, pace and nagy know this. he likes the group of guys, i think they get it done.
Just read colts were all in on nagy as well, but he choose trubisky over luck. he believes bears have better younger roster and believed sunny days on way for DA bears.

Pace and Fox had to endure the Cutler contract and try to rebuild with Cutler as the QB. Nobody wanted to sign with Bears with Cutler at the helm and same old Jay with the Dolpfins and Gase done with him too...lol... Trubisky has a lot of upside and many years to play ahead of him so looking for go to talented WRs will be very interesting. Who knows who else Nagy wants to sign up on Oline and TE plus backup QB? Get Fangio signed and Bears are better already.
