you know one thing he's coming back this year on an effing mission.
mvp season coming up.
gonna wreck this league

Im sure if healthy he will play well. Maybe even at MVP level, but it wont matter in the end...the weak roster surrounding him is same story when playoffs start...he cant overcome the glaring weakness in their running game and trench play.

apparently you're not paying attention to our run game. very solid. discovered we have four viable backs during the Huntley debacle.
The Pack prolly will not even draft a RB.

Seems to me their O and D line get pushed around against good units.

So whos it going to be tomorrow? If nelson is available I think its him. If not gimme either fitspatrick, denzel ward or roquon smith...

The Bears are the team everyone thinks the 49ers will be.

While much of the NFL is in the throes of Jimmy Garoppomania and anticipates a quick rise to contention in San Francisco, the Bears have built an exciting new coaching staff and added explosive offensive weapons like Allen Robinson and Taylor Gabriel. The rest of the roster was already structurally sound, and Mitchell Trubisky flashed potential in the rare moments John Fox let him attempt a forward pass.

At No. 8, the Bears can thus draft the best available player, and there are a lot of great players available after all of the quarterback jockeying. Fitzpatrick gives defensive coordinator Vic Fangio a mix-and-match weapon to deepen an already solid secondary. Fitzpatrick can blitz off the edge, cover the big slot targets Bryce Callahan cannot handle, provide injury insurance for Prince Amukamara and generally upgrade the athleticism factor on the Bears defense.

Watch out for this team. It's flying under your radar.

gonna be a lot of fireworks at the top of the draft board I think tomorrow. lots of trades teams jockeying upward and downward. gonna get banana's I think.
if the browns don't "F" this up they're going to be absolutely loaded. they have three 2nd rounders which are two are early 2nd. sashy brown set this team up nicely for the future down Doresey going to cash in.

I sense some trades by teams to get their guy. Nelson is a great pick for the Bears but I doubt he will last to 8 so LB or Edge Rusher is next thin spot so Edmunds or Smith look like good picks too at 8. I would not be surprised at all if Pace trades for later and additional picks where he has done well in the past like Jackson, Howard and Cohen. Imo it’s is going to be a heck of an exciting draft lots of QBs and many teams need them. I like Rosen a lot reminds me of a bigger Brees very accurate but bigger arms tend to oversell some prospects. Trubisky can throw accurate darts runs well and can sling the long ball too so this year is an important year for him and the entire Bears team to justify his number 2 pick last year. I’m ready and excited for a wild draft this week!!!

Yea nothing will surprise me. was just listening to ESPN radio and sheffner is hearing browns are leaning towards baker Mayfield #1.

I don't hate the bears trying to move up to get chubb or trading down. If pace really does like 8 players, and 4 QB's go early they can easily move to #11 or so and get a good player they like and also recoup a #2 or #3. who knows. If not nelson im really hoping for roquon smith, I think he is gona be a beast at MLB and a leader of a defense. Him and trevathan in the middle would be nice to get back to the monsters

These "pundits" haven't a clue what they're talking about. All they do is throw darts at a wall and see what they hit. Make enough hot takes and you're bound to hit a couple.
No one,,,no one had the Bears moving up and taking Michelle last year. NO ONE!

That being said if the Browns select Mayfield at #1, I'll eat my own vomit.

Usually by now tho, most know who is gonna be taken #1, then anyones guess after that. id be shocked if they actually draft Mayfield. likely darnold but who knows.

I’m sure Cleveland knows which QB they will draft at number 1 but won’t say because I think they want to hear the phone ring in their 10 minutes. Cleveland can come back at 4 and still get a good QB. I don’t think Pace has the picks to move to a earlier pick without hurting his draft in the later rounds. If Nelson is gone at 8 I hope Pace can find a trade partner get good D and O players later.

LOVE this pick. I knew it was gona be nelson if he was still there but was actually kinda glad when the colts took him. Ever since urlacher left the MLB position hasnt really been the same. We have a new leader of the Defense. Mitch leading the Offense. Exited to see this young team flourish!!! BEAR DOWN!!

The browns will rue this day for a long time.
Just don't see it, most likely could of gotten him at 4.

At 1 and 4 seems like strange picks to me too. Time will tell is all I can say but happy I’m not a browns fan!

Yeah personally I would of went rosen or darnold and then chubb. or even barkley and chubb. I do think ward is a stud tho. we will see in a few years if it was the right move.

Yep those were the 4 I had in mind too with 1 and 4 picks. Ready to play now or in Rosen’s case very soon much like Trubisky. Barkley or Ward give me a break Ward could be good but not at 4!!

Yea...but I will say I do respect the GM of browns for takin a risk and doin why he believes is best. Even tho it may come with criticism. The popular easy choice was darnold and chubb. But he had other plans and stuck with it. I respect that.

No doubt he got his guys but the poor browns may have been better to draft the expected. Who knows and all after the fact but Cleveland may have drafted Barkley and Chubb then traded to draft Rozen at 8 - 10. They surely had enough picks this year and next to do it. Mayfield idk short and small can he light up the NFL and stay healthy? I like big QBs that have legs , good arms and great accuracy. Mayfield is the all American story college walk on QB to number 1 in the draft. Curt Warner came from no where to HOF QB so who knows maybe the browns got it right. I just think Rosen is better

Yea I mean its tuff, no one really knows it just takes guts to go against the grain. They knew it would come with critisism. See what happens. I think mayfield is boom or bust no in between.

Liking the bears picks so far. Got a good Olineman and another WR for mitch. Dont think bears are gona struggle putting up points
