I like RU outside Townsend Boots the best so far. had Klim, skidoo (leak), Poo (cold and leak), Trukkes are nice (make my feet look small too), Lacrosse Iceman (very nice), Cabelas pack boot (cold, leak, wear fast), Mikey mouse in white and black (bulky but work great for warmth), Sorels (okay). even moon boots back in the day, lol. Many boots, many versions over the years. Guess it is a personal preference thing such as sled brands and models.

Moon boots lol! How about those furry moon boots. Now those would be a hit on the trails.

Thanks for the input i'm going too make it to haydays and see whats up there, but nobody has said the bad or good of having a liner, yes when you take the boot off it MAY come off.
I'm still worried about not drying out if you can't take the liners out and nobody has said why they don't all have pull out liners, I guess its up too what you like!

I prefer having liners in case you need to dry them out. Even if your boots are perfectly breathable and waterproof, there are times they will get wet (step in too big a creek or get snow in them) and I would think they would dry out faster that way. I don't see the downside of having removable liners.

Ordered the" new" Peet dryer on ebay that dries four items at once. Has a controller to speed things up. (The fancy model) 1 to 3 hrs.dry time on ebay for$ 81 delivered. I have used the std. Convection model and this is one up. New from PEET.

Mine aren't on the ruoutside website anymore. I think they were called Tundra but I can't remember. They're stored in the attic right now so I can't check. They are comfortable though.
