I've tried them all and think ZING ZANG bloody mary mix is the best. more of spicy black pepper taste than a hot sauce taste, but still plenty spicy

I bought something called Clamento that had beer in it........Yuck!!!!!!!! is there a seperate mix called that without the beer in it? I like Tabasco Brand Spicy. Zing Zang is the rage around here right now. It is the Breakfast of Champions, gives wheaties a run for the money in the morning. Best Bloody Mary ever I had was in Sheboygan, WI. I nice place on the south side of the river next to a bridge (south end of town) kitty corner from the Liquor store on the Northeast corner of the same bridge. By liquor store I mean Walmart size liquor store. with great prices.

Super Popular Recipe

What is the best Bloody Mary Mix out there. Give me your best Bloody Mary Recipes. I am going to be in a Bloody Mary mix off and need ideas. http://oldboysbrewhouse.com/events/bloody-mary-mix-off/

There's a bar that draws bikers from all over the area for their Bloody Mary's that we ride to in the bike season. On a typical Sat or Sun they sell hundreds and hundreds of them. It's popular because it's not as thick as tomato juice or mixes.

Here's the recipe:

Vodka
Splash of Tequila
Splash of Brandy
Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco to taste (usually very little)
Celery Salt
Clamato Juice (Mott's Clamato Cocktail)
Small squeeze of lemon & lime
Garnish with an olive and a slice of cucumber (very important-hung on the rim of the glass)
dash of celery salt on top after mixed

Are you talking about Uncle Richies in Lockport. They have awesome bloody mary's. But if you are looking to make them at home then Ditka's bloody Mary mix is pretty darn good. Don't know if you can get it up north but down here it is readily available, and very good. IMO

Celery salt, that is a new one for me. I use Dill sauce but it is hard to find in stores. The clamato juice I have seen that. Be back in a while going to Meijers for some stuff. lol

Now we are talking Bloody Mary's!!!!!! With the "works" at that. I do need get some clam juice. Very nice there Millertime! looks like a pepperocini in there to. I would add a cube of pepperjack and /or cubed swiss cheese to color it up a hair more.

I couldn't take it any more, I raided the fridge and cupboards and this is what I created. (wife helped some).
Vodka (tres olives)
Celery stalk
shrimp
Chipotle Pepper
Green olive
dilled green been
Peperoncini
white chedder
Summer sausage
Sliced dill pickle (all that would fit)
Tomato Juice
seasoned with:
Tabasco sauce
fresh Horseradish
blk. pepper and Worchester sauce
Green pepper

I didn't have any thing to hang this all on so I grabbed a pie tester to string it out on. Did not have dill sauce or clam juice. Can't believe how much of this my wife had on a moments notice. And she apoligized for the wilted celery at that. I think it is to pretty to drink.
