yup...don't get me wrong the pack isn't nearly as strong as I thought they're going to be. Not having a TE is killing us. it's the first year I can recall in like 20 that they've struggled to score points. just shows how good we've had it. at 6-2 we got the lions two more times we're a lock to make the playoffs and prolly have a first round home game.
even though we lost to the panthers I would never ever say they're better that us.
Arizona? They're Ok but not that great.
Seattle? Nope and we'll have them at home, they ain't knocking us out again.
Rams? Tough to make a playoff run on the road with no QB.
Cowboys? hopefully they don't make the playoffs or they could be dangerous with Romo back.
Minnesota? Nah.
Falcons? Be serious.
Eagles, Giants? Prolly not.

The NFC is ripe for the taking this year.

Arizona is a real team. They can do it all and with palmer they are a threat to nfc. I wasnt really sold on Carolina till last week. They can be beat by GB in playoffs tho. The matchup i really hope happens for entertainment value is seattle round 1 at GB or if GB gets bye, round 2. Still what 8 games left. Still gota stay healthy. Pack lose anymore guys on offense bot be good. If i was you guys i dont want seattle in playoffs. Bad matchup. Be tuff when sherman goes man to man on cobb and they easily man up on old man jones and adams.

We'll see about Seattle. Hopefully by then Lacy's running like a freight train.

Arizona blows they got 6 wins against, Lions, Bears, Saints, 49ers, Ravens, Browns.
It don't get much easier than that.

Don't forget the Giants in the east. I know their D sucks and they have other problems but they could slide into the playoffs in the suckhole that is the NFC east. In the past when they have done this they turn into a whole different team. It seems to me they even beat the Pack one day at GB. You Packer guys might remember that better. They even beat the Pats in the SB! I happened to be in a bar in rural Wisconsin when that happened. The roof about came off the place. Eli has 2 rings. There is a long way to go yet.

But how is this for a shootout prediction? Detroit at Green Bay. I can see a 48 to 42 score. Stafford will get unleashed to do things his way with very little input from whoever the new OC is. Detroit coming off a bye. Stafford is not a bad QB. Just surrounded by a bad situation not unlike Cutler. Detroit has nothing to lose. Pressure is all on Green Bay and their D has been exposed over the last 2 weeks. GB the overwhelming favorite. If Detroit can some points early it could rattle GB.

Stafford might not be bad, but it doesn't matter. He doesn't have an O line that can protect him (much like Joey Harrington a few years ago). Until he gets one, we'll never know how good he can be.

Detroit coming off a bye, but GB has got to be ticked coming off 2 losses and will be playing at Lambeau (where Detroit hasn't won since 1991). Can you say 1-8?

Lacy cant take the spoon out of his mouth. Not a good sign being middle of season and hes getting worse and fatter.

I duno arizona is a complete roster and palmer playing very well, unlike your pack they dont live and die by one players performance. As we have seen if rodgers is not playing at ungodly levels the pack are pretty mundain. So once again come playoff time it appears it will be all on rodgers to light it up 3 or 4 games in a row agaist the best teams in nfl. Ask Peyton manning how that formula works. He has shown its possible and is still the ultimate trump card but The man needs some help, and right now i dont see where he will get it from. Starts with the oline.

I suspect seattle will be there come january

Good matchup arizona going to seattle this week. Should find out more about both teams. Otherwise i guess the only other threat is carolina.

Right now new england is in a league of their own.

Cant take cincy seriously with the red rockets playoff history even tho thats prolly the best roster in NFL

Not much Rogers can do if receivers can't get separation...crying shame...Pack could go along way but not the SB with these receivers.

I agree no separation and no protection does not bode well even for the best QBs. Only gets harder and more intense come playoff time.

Jaws was just on ESPN radio and had a segment talking about his film study of rodgers. He is seeing what he calls 'ghosts' basically is focusing on pressure even when its not there instead of down field like normal. Said he will cone out of funk but when guys are hitting you that much not easy, then no ones open makes it even harder.

Cutler is playing better so far this year I will give him that....Let's see how he & Oline fares against ST Louis as not much he can do if on his a$$ all day.lol

Yup no one can deny he isnt playing well especially late in games. Tuff matchup. Still bears lack talent but fox has them doin what they can. Pace has hit 3 starters out of 6 in his first draft maybe 4 with center thats not ready for playbook yet and 5 with white, if hes the freak they say he his..man be a home run draft..all cheap and young. If cutler turned the corner no one ever thought he would, the bears will be no joke moving foward. Hopefully this isnt fools gold.

With carson palmer under center, the cards are 19-4. Not bad for tuffest division in football over last few seasons

With that said i do like seattle sunday night.

Could be Bears & Cubs coming together at same time ...Great for Chicago long suffering sports fans! I'm a believer in Fox & getting there on Pace. Cutler showing some leadership ability too not sure what woke him up. Chicago wants to luv Cutler but up till now kind of an Ahole persona to the public maybe Jay will luv us back show us what he can do with that god given arm & legs the guy is loaded...has good size & untapped talent...we shall see!

This thread is awesome. Cuthead goes from being a complete POS to a superhero.
The Bears go from worst team in league and talk of number 1 draft pick, to a playoff contender like the Cubs.

I personally know of NO bears fans that like Cuthead.

Cutler plays well again. Thats a real defense he torched today

Dang pack are on a downward spiral. Lose to lions at home? Hard to believe. They got issues im not sure they can fix this late in season. Vikings now favorites to win division

Bears beat Rams big time, lose to both Lions & Green Bay then Lions beat Packers... Now Bears need to beat Broncos who smoked the Pack & Vikings in 1st place in North Division. The Packers look the most disorganized this week. Crazy year!
