I have a feeling that rodgers is going to want to steal favres thunder and one up him with a big performance. Only way i see bears winning is from a bigger offensive performance. If bears are going to win i think they need at least 35 points. Can jay show up against the pack. He tends to lay an egg against them every time. We shall see.

you could see the pack winning this game from a mile away. They were ready and lets be real, the Vikes don't win the big games that they need to.

You got that right. The Vikes are not ready for prime time and always embarrass the entire state whenever they get put on prime time. That said it was a game until Peterson fumbled. Also 110 penalty yards didn't help. Lacy looked good and the Pack D showed up. Rodgers still only hit 50 % of his passes. Looks almost mortal. Vikes still building. Young team with holes here and there. Pack still very beatable. Can't see Pack keeping up with Carolina or Arizona this season.

Should have taken the FG then 2 point conversion would not have happened. Fox should have known better maybe his ego got in his way?

now i'm hearing that cutler audible'd that 2 point conversion out of a pass to a run...LOL...
not a good move Jay when 7 d line men hit him at the line of scrimmage.

Fales moved to #2 QB Clauson to practice squad. Another team tried to claim Fales so Pace moved him up. Clauson was terrible in relief of Cutler so if #2 has to go in better to se what Fales has before draft next year. One more loss & Da Bears are done for post season so who knows Fales might get a chance to start in December.

Packers will honor him and retire Favre's #4 on Thur. But I can't help think that from a Bears fans perspective that this T-Day will be a complete showcase of a rivalry that has gone horribly cock-eyed since Ron Wolf picked him up......LOL....Packers are 35 and 13 against the Bears since Nov. 1992

Id like to see a list of all the Bears QBs since 92.

Bears always having good to great RBs, but never a great QB.

It was a pass play called with option to check to a run pending on defense look. Unfortunately the center (rookie) and guard did not get the check and pass blocked. Jay made the right call.

The ravens and trestman were going to claim fales.

That would make sense for Trestman Fales somewhat familar with his system which by the way didn't work for Ravens either.lol I'm surprised Ravens hired Trestman as O coordinator & I have been watching to see if it was the man or the system.

Clauson is gone from team maybe Pace will pick him up again if needed. I would think Trestman would want Clauson as well maybe more than Fales.

Outside of replacements due to injuries there were really only 4 Bears QB's since Jim Harbaugh....Kramer, McNown, Grossman and Cutler.
Although Jim Steroid Miller played quite a bit in the McNown era.

Mcnown era? He started like 14 games in his career haha. Kyle orton, kordell Stewart, shane Mathews, are just a few that come to mind. There are just so many crap Qbs thru the early 2000s to list, it cracks me up you name 4. Injuries are a big part of a football player lol. Its to bad they cant get lucky in that time span as they have had sum really good rosters. Troll on. #troll alert

Well if you are pointing to the Bears starting QB list being longer than my list, then 14 starts is huge!....LOL...who had more starts in that "era" ?

Figured McNown deserved an "era" just for being the 12th overall pick in 1999.
Speaking of draft picks, in 1997 they traded there 11th overall pick to Seattle for Rick Mirer to take over for Kramers bad neck. Kramer beat Mirer out in training camp and then the combo of Kramer/Mirer went on to start the season 1-7....LOL
Sheesh it's gotta be tough bein a lifelong bears fan....can't even look forward to a good draft after another miserable season knowing your GM will just waste it.

I have no idea what your point is or why your posting. Thank you captain obvious for pointing out that the bears have had tuff luck at QB position in the 90s and 2000s. Some how they managed to win the division multiple times even get to the super bowl with crap QBs. Just imagine what they would have done with a QB like rodgers or favre. But dont worry, rodgers time will soon be at an end and the packers will be back to reality at the position just like the rest of the NFL. It was a good run. Just hope for your sake they come away with another SB title, if not rodgers and favre not that great with one SB each. Trent dilfer has 1 title too. Troll on.

Yup...not to mention adrian amos, who as of last week was the #2 ranked safety in league from pro football focus. And then white which probably wont make an appearence until next year which is disapointing but is a freak talent and will be a starter for sure. Thats 5 starters out of 6 picks. Its already being touted as one of the best drafts. Not to mention pernell mcfee who was a steal on free agent market. Pace knows what hes doing no more big money old guys gona be signed on his watch.
