For this weekend Cincy is a unanimous choice to beat the 'Hawks in Cincy by the "experts". We shall see I guess. Wouldn't bother me to see Seattle miss the playoffs. Can't stand Sherman even if he is good. He is a hole.

Dalton or Cutler?? I would take Dalton younger and seems to be getting better. lol

Dalton all day long and twice on Sunday's.

Cutler will never get any better. He's past due. Dalton has a chance.

Agree Cutler over the hill not much upside there if any. Dalton on the other hand has upside & a great team around him. This could be the year he takes the next step. I wrote Bengals off figured that team on the verge of getting old & stale but they are playing very well better than I expected.

Sorry buildy, but its reality. maybe your good with second, third or 4th best. but all pack fans i know feel like its super bowl or bust. A division win and playoff loss would be disapointing to them.

I think you and I see sports differently. I am able to step back and realize that as a Packer fan, I have been treated to some of the best continuous sports entertainment in the history of pro football. You really have to be borderline insane to call the Packers a failure and/or a disappointment in any way when viewing the big picture.
Putting the Pack under a microscope in a 1/2azzed attempt to criticize defeats the entertainment value it was intended to be, especially when it takes a wide angle lense to get all of your own teams faults in view.

Now on the other hand, if you look at the ditka teams full of all sorts of HOF'ers in the 80's
it is shocking to know they came away with only one SB appearance.

Sorry for you and all your friends misdirected "disappointent and failure"....LOL

It was very disapointing the bears only won 1 SB during that era. no doubt. dominate the league for 4 or 5 years and come away with 1 SB.......sound familiar?

No one said the packers are a failure, i even mentioned disapoitnment for a better word only regarding not winning another SB. We are not talking about the "big picture" thats what you DONT get. We are specifically talking SB's. The packers have no doubt been very successful since favre came to town and have a ton to be proud of. following favre up with one of the greatest talents the QB positon has every seen is remarkable. But when push comes to shove everyone rememebers titles. Every packer fan but you i guess feels they need to come away with more than one during the rodgers era. if they dont, kinda feel robbed or disapointed. i duno why im trying to explain this too you

Carry on in your "la la land"

It's only the 4th game, and Jay only played 3. He still has plenty of time to increase his interception numbers. Which no doubt will be a good chunk of them on 3rd down. Haha

Congrats on the Cubs. I'm not a fan, but I really dislike the Pirates.

Him and gase get along very well. Not sure i ever remember him looking this comfortable in an offense. no huddle looks good..but He will always thro his pics....no doubt...just need to keepem down and not in critical situations ...which is still an issue.

Fox is even becoming a cutler fan, which i didnt expect. may be a tuff call at end of year what to do with him. KC this week....should be a good game.

I'm on record as saying last year was a failure, and this year will be a failure, and next year and the next five years will be failure's if we don't start racking up SB wins.

Snowbuiler we don't play for 2nd place.
Maybe in the leagues you play in they give out trophies to everyone, but the league I watch only 1 team get's a trophy.
The others failed.
Period end of story.

The Packers are in a position few teams are in that it is expected to win a SB.
If Jacksonville wins 12 games this year and gets bounced in round 1 the will say it was a great season because they had no expectations.
The Pack expect to be playing for SB's
Mc Carthy and Rodgers say it all the time.

If you want to watch good exciting football with 10+ win seasons but never win the ultimate prize I guess that's your prerogative. I and about 98% of packers fans want and expect more.

Sorry...carry on...I didn't realize how much a couple a you depend on other ppls success to keep you pumped.

SB wins are great, everyone wants their team to contend each year but I can't see myself standing in front of my team
after a playoff or SB loss and saying they failed and i am disappointed....LOL.

After the Packers down years in the late 60's, 70's, 80's I have a deep appreciation for all the more recent great times watchin the Packers continually thump the bears....although it is so easy lately, I think the rivalry is getting stale.

Yep Pack & Bears not a competitive match up & has not since Rogers took over although Brett thumped Bears many times too. All things change with time and last time Rogers went down Pack lost to Bears. Be careful here I don't want anything to happen to Rogers but he is the difference maker and the Pack without Rogers is a very middle of the road team. Bears D is coming together in spite of the O so never know what can happen on a given day in the NFL.

For being at rock bottom, the bear/packer game was pretty competitive, last year nope. What was it 2 years ago, that play the bears D blew coverage and rodgers hit cobb to win game with 40 seconds left, even tho it was delay of game lol. That was as good as game as you get. Everything goes in cylces. We said the same thing until favre came to town. This isnt much of rivalry. packers are really good right now cant argue that.....i think the overall record vs each other is tied. Like 93-93. It is nice for buildy to show his true colors. Never been a fan of the type of person who enjoy kicking people when there down. No worries enjoy rodgers, all good things come to an end.

Yep I agree no sense in kicking a down team & their fan base & what comes around goes around but then again ..whatever... everybody is different some just don't care what they say or how it comes across. Bears are rebuilding.... Packers are at the top what you get from both teams is obvious.

true colors?....LOL...ain't nothing more mouthy and vulgar than a bears fan after a win against the Pack....even if the past 10 were losses...yep things do cycle around, and both teams get paid to win...that is why I take all pro sports for what they are.....simple entertainment.

even coach lovee said on day one of becoming the bears coach....his teams no. 1 goal was to beat the Green Bay Packers.....not much you can dispute about this rivalry so please don't act so butt hurt when a packers fan mentions that beating the bears is like x-mas all over again,...and again.
