better get collision on your house too, lol, the attached is a house in my neighborhood that a lady hit after getting her cast stuck on the gas peddle [sic] shoot, couldnt upload it for some reason.....
So she was a (click →) peddler?

peddler:
noun: someone who travels about selling his wares (as on the streets or at carnivals)
noun: an unlicensed dealer in illegal drugs

Add sewage backup coverage to the list @ min cost.
After another rain of the century and raw sewage was like a geyser coming up outta the basement toilet up to 18" deep, I was sure glad I had the $5000 coverage.
It was a long hard process cleaning it up myself, but I got a new furnace, hot water and washer/dryer. All which were old and needed replacing and still had a grand left.

last yr a few homes in my hood had the turds floating in the basement frigging nasty knee deep in chit . was extremely glad I was in the 3rd highest home in my area that week. that is a bad mark that the 5 g will never cover truth in housing will haunt u on that one come sale time.insurance never covers that one and it is a huge hit with some issues like a basement full of raw sewage or decomposed body found or murder home

Well it hit THOUSANDS of homes in the region so not an isolated incident and doesn't seem to be affecting sale prices. Still going up.

Just garage sales took a hit.

And I know a Peddler. And he's not a sheeney man
