like the way he played don't care for his attitude tho!!but i never really cared for the man and his over the top feelings.....Like the time we made him cry when he was a packer.....that was just pathetic

Going to take huge bucks for that 40 year old body to take another full season beating. The dude is the best of all time but nobody can keep it going in their 40s in present day NFL. Defense too fast too big to take blind side hits. I for 1 will miss him but understand everything he did. Vikes managing him correctly............give him room............ wait & see......probably pay him more too............. then we will know for sure.

yep...is it a ploy for more money?that be good then!!!but this cant be good for moral at Training camp

No but IF the MAGIC is still there they will forgive quickly. Brett has a way of winning games when all seems lost. You think it is lucky but he has done it soooooooooo many times no one else seems to be able to do what he does except Peyton.

There's still time!

But in all honesty, I thought he'd come back, not for another month yet, so who really knows until the season is over. He was due to make $13M, so I doubt the money was the issue.

Heck, when the Vikings are 4-4, and he feels better, maybe he comes back then!

Are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!! It is all about the money!!!!!!! During interviews all this team BS is said but it is all about the money like any business. Don't you remember the movie quote "SHOW ME THE MONEY"!!

Drama queen, but damn he's good. was so fun to watch him. even when he was making bone-head plays. i hope he still comes back. hate him or love him, still have to respect the accomplishments...

Great, I usually don't get let down by the Vikings until mid season. Now they've found a way to let me down prior to the season starting - :(

Duh, but who else is going to give a 40 year old QB $13M? Nobody. He had the best offer he was going to get on the table.
