If said truck was following the posted M speed limit of 55,, never would have happened. So who's at fault ?
There is a reason for speed limits and closing speed is a major reason. This situation is where a guy was flying through a residential neighborhood on a fast bike when a guy was pulling out of his driveway.... the guy stopped, looked both ways down the 30 mph street he lived on and saw no oncoming traffic and proceeded to pull out....next thing he knows....WHAM....the bike t bones him at 90....who is at fault?
