Same in northern Oconto county. Trails never been better all season long
Skylar is not knocking the amount of snow depth and/or the quality of the trails in the U.P. as they are excellent. The problem is the lack of fresh snow which sucks for backcountry riding especially when this is usually the best time for heavy lake effect snowfall.

What Indy said. The trails in the yoop have been awesome! I've been u.p. every weekend, except for two, since Dec 1st. Plenty of snow up there, just missing the fresh stuff, especially with Lake Superior being so ice free for this time of year.

Dang, I'd be happy with ever other weekend, haha. Racking up vehicle miles hey Skylar!!

You could say that. My commute to work every week is 560 miles. Then throw in 510 round trip for the weekend run to the yoop. Lol. I bought my 2012 Chrysler 200 5 years ago with 43k on it, it now has almost 250k on it.

It should start snowing more now since it thinks its end of December...I would say you will be good to go on a line around north of oconto...south of maybe say oshkosh or fond du lac will probably not get much in the way of snow any more....or very rarely or thin...or short sporadic events....my 2c

Head out west, they are having a excellent winter. My brother is in Utah right now its super deep, 9 more days till BC for me! The UP has a great base just nothing fresh like Indy500 said.

I feel a pattern change to the positive next week! No real reason, just that heading up next Thursday so a pattern change would be ideal if it would start to dump snow Wednesday through Tuesday that would be great.
