Pics from Hay Days anyone? I couldn't make it this year and hoping to live the experience through your camera lenses.

new sled lift 200 with wheel kit red /new jacket /bca radio with mic/helmet speakers/ ru outside gloves. the one thing I needed boots I did not get not overly impressed with anything I saw all over priced china junk or modified snowboard stuff . prob back to what I have been using for 4 yrs will be buying a new set of Columbia with Omni tec .
as always saw lots of guys from all over the country as far away as Reno.
stayed over but just could not hang today she was a bit rough last night and brutal waking up
BTW our trailer was the one with the 12xp with the right side and all plastic tore off on the lift with the parts wanted list. it was a huge draw 1/4 of those walking buy had to take a peek LOL

Thanks for the suggestions on where to stay. I stayed in Woodbury and it was nice. It was about an hour drive, but it was well worth it. This was or first trip to Haydays and I was blown away at the size and the amount of stuff for sale. I scored a ton of stuff for myself and my son. We were there from 8am to 7pm and would of stayed longer but we had to leave.

30 days out and not one comment on who "needs" what. I'll start...

1) Boots. Think I'm going with MF.

2) Extra goggles. Now that I've been out West, I fully understand the need for multiple sets (learned the hard way).

3) Backpack.

4) New tunnel bag.

5) Open face helmet (if I can find one cheap).

Found my backpack (HMK booth selling for $60) and new tunnel bag (swap $10). Looked all day for MF jacket but didn't find any carry overs, so ordered one up from First Place Parts while still walking around (along with some goggles). Still in need of some MF boots (which was the thing I needed the most), was hoping to find some carry overs on those as well, but it was slim picking. Other than that, a couple Bully Dog and Klim shirts, Aluma Kleen to polish up the RMK tunnel this fall.

Sounds like Saturday night was a pretty good party!!!! Talked to a MF rep from Idaho Falls, ID. I did run into them selling the red lifts at the end of the day. Couldn't talk myself into pulling the trigger. Got a business card and will be thinking hard about it. Keep telling the wife that I'd be able to do my own work if I could actually get to it easy. She's not buying it so far.

I got to the grounds Friday afternoon and did not depart till LATE Sat.

For those that swapped how was it getting in (any long lines or problems)?
For any one else that arrived Sat. Morning just to walk around same thing, how was traffic, parking any major problem?

North Branch exit was backed up BAD. Ended up going past it, kept heading north to the next exit. Hwy 9 took us right back down to 95. Worked out pretty well as I can only imagine how bad traffic was getting thru town.

When it came to a lift for the sled, I just showed up at home with a forklift. The wife was a little surprised!

my buds dad took the trailer in fri AM he got there at 10 am and was parked by 1045 .
I did not get up until like 550 sat AM think I was in line to park by 745 prob 15min till payed the attendant to park.
heck anything is better than that first yr of over 3 1/2 hours on the road with the truck shut off. I was deff wasted for that last 3/4 of a mi ride in lucky I never broke 2 mph that last hr. don't think any one involved in that cluster will ever forget

I did not come home with much lightest trip in awhile. RSI phone charger for my sled, mountain addiction 3.3 gal can & track rack system, case of klotz, a Polaris sticker for my truck, and a skid plate that won't work on my new sled LOL I try not to buy gear at haydays, so I didn't come home with anything but kind of wish I did. I should've bought a hat so my head didn't get sunburnt, and a Klim fleece/layering jacket that was 30% off. Best thing I did this year was brought my Oakley safety glasses home from work and switched out the clear lenses. I didn't wear sunglasses or a hat last year. I never seem to learn on the hat thing. I plan to come home from Milwaukee with a Klim layering jacket, Klim Togwotee & Powerxross gloves, Possibly a Klim tekvest (mines already sold if I decide to upgrade), and possibly a Fly F2 helmet. Wouldn't mind a helmet cam either. Still need a skid plate, clutch weights, exhaust can, and possibly front bumper for my new sled and if I don't get a new trailer I need a new 4 pin plug as mine dragged on the road from the Mosquito all the way to Krupps (oops), and I'd like a light kit for inside.

Hey, now there's an idea! Do that once and I bet she'd change her mind real quick!

There was "I don't want that here!".......then I kindly reminded her, the house was hers, the garage is mine. So....to say the least, I still have my forklift in garage right next to the bed I now sleep on! :D

I thought it was very well ran.. I got there at 8 am sat morning and parked right away. Left at 7 pm and had a blast, my kid is still talking about it. These are the things in life that kids remember, and I am glad I got to take him.

I agree the event went well. One complaint I would have is the lack of attention by the porta potty crew. I don't have real high expectations here, but the ones I went too were pretty nasty by 11AM Saturday morning. I did see them doing clean-outs in the afternoon, but the damage was already done so to speak. I don't know if they had a different company than last year, but seems like they may have dropped the ball a tad this year? Pretty $hitty in my opinion.

I was there camped out all weekend right by a row of crappers and you are mistaken they were running 24/7 round the clock and did a real good job worse time was in the afternoon when everyone's beer and burger grease started running out the back side of your pants
