Hey, what happened to the forecast questioning post?

crazy storm. Johns gone with the northern solution on his maps for a bit now. i appaud anyone that can get this thing right within 200 miles. Computer models are all over the place.

Skylar is right. If it stays south, we in SEMN get a pretty good snow (stupid freaking wind makes me mad though) and if it goes north, it looks like Duluth to the UP get hit good, then with LES on the back end.

at least by Monday well know what happened.

I have no idea why this storm is sliding north but NBC Rhinelander just put Vilas County,WI in winter storm warning for 6-12 inches on Saturday. THAT would be sweet!!! Can't wait to see what JD says on Friday since he was 1st to slide northward track of this storm!

NBC Rhinelander just upgraded Vilas County,WI to 8-14". Whatever happens sounds like you need to be in place up north Friday night!! Saturday south to north routes are going to be a nightmare somewhere in WI.

Wow, this darn storm is a real troublemaker. Normally I'd be super excited to see it slipping north, but I'm suppose to fly out of Rhinelander tomorrow

Opener is today at noon & really does not mean much with big storm hitting Saturday. Phelps Trails can be run in from what I have seen if they pan conditions will not be as good Friday as they could be..... yes rideable. Limited sledding south better going north but I'm not hitting the trails until after the storm. 1st riders thru will be breaking trail & running the weeds in so happy to have them on the trails for run in.

If it is not going north they are wasting a awful lot of money with warnings in Vilas County,WI.lol Radar shows everything north already. & scheduled to start in 10 hours or so in WI. Can't see this one missing.

I have not noticed a pronounced shift to the south. Most midday models looked similar to previous runs and still had their biases.

at the end of the original thread, there were a few remarks directed toward the thread starter that i felt were borderline, a couple of people had suggested it be deleted, so that is what happened.

As far as the sticker thread, it is not an epidemic, but it is a problem, and being that there are over 12,000 members on this site, it was a good way to get the word out. It is not a slam against the clubs, which has already been stated. The thread will remain until john tells me to pull it.

As far as bending rules depending on who you are, well, we try our best to keep it fair for everyone, it is your right to disagree i guess.

In regards to fusions statement about me, we all have our opinions. I guess if i were really the type of person he is making me out to be, i could just go ban him for life. But that's not how i roll. I've never met him, that i can remember, so i will not pass judgement on him, or his character.

Soon the snow will be deep, we all will be riding, and we will all have a big grin on our face. I know i will. Kinda like this one.> :d

Too Funny....Do you mean the song KUMBAYA ???? I can hardly wait for the next storm. Root Cause " snow deprevation ". I'm willing to pray, sing , and dance for some snow. BUT it better be the real " Rath of God " stuff. Just let me know what I have to do.

Skylar: You might have to have some " tuff skin " to be a moderator, I commend you for not booting "fusion". That alone speaks of your integrity ! Now lets see if he is a " stand up " guy and can "muster up" an apology ? That would be the least he could do. I really didn't understand his comments and believe they are not needed on this Forum.
