10 gallon tank??

Get a Ski-Doo with an Etec or Ace 600.

Etec will give you 21mpg 210 per tank with POWER.

ACE 600 will give you 30mpg with modest power.

If worried about gas prices don't see a new sled being purchased. lol Just grin & bear it not much time left.:)

most of u guys will go out drop $150 buck on a pr of gloves 400 on a jacket 13k on a sled but 20 bucks for a tank gas for the 1 thing we dream about all yr is to much.
when I was still playing on drag sleds that was $100 for 5gal that was good for 10 runs or so

I can't take these gas prices much longer either. So I am getting in my motorhome (34'/V10 gas) on Sunday and driving to south Florida (1500 miles) so I can sulk under a palm tree. And while I am out on the golf course I will discuss with my friends, the lack of snow. ;)

Don't forget the $30-$40 undies they are wearing as they whine. It's a value thing.

To those who love the sport and have lost jobs/homes or youngsters just getting started in the sport, I fully understand where you are coming from,,,, don't give up, just do what russholio suggest and make some adjustments.

I think some tend to forget that not everyone has 13k sled, 40k tow rig, 10k trailer, 1k worth of gear, etc. I drive a 3k dollar sled and pull it with my 10k truck on a borrowed trailer. My gear is 10 years old. It all works quite well and I'm happy with it. Point being that fuel prices, trail permits, etc. affect some more than others. Regardless, I don't feel the price at the pumps is much higher than it has been for a few seasons.

I am no pimp daddy. but ridding is my 1 main passion in life.
soon after recovering from apr 15 I start setting money aside every after 300 that gets set in the sled pile I buy a visa gift card with it.less likely to piss it away that way on some craigslist toy. come winter my pile of gift cards pays for trips gas gear etc etc.if u love doing something u will find the money.
the other up side to saving 20 hear 50 there is the war dept has no clue what it costs to play.

Your a little low on the gear? Besides what does any of the costs of things have anything to do with anything?? The gas pump gives no sympathy.Key is that your having fun!

I AM the war department, Ezra... I KNOW what it costs to ride because 99% of the time Russ and I ride together. Trust me, I know what it costs to ride.

Often, we stay at the same places he stays with the guys, I bring the meals... It's ok with me... I like to ride and I know how to cut the costs as much as possible!
