Remeber my first new sled, the first sctratches, the first roll over, first cracked hood, then bent tunnel.........oh, how the minutes flew by!![]()

If these get wrecked I will be tempted to purchase a set of alternative impact 36" arms for $450.I cant wait to see that purty new sled wrapped up in some brush/trees! Good thing Kip knows what replacement parts to keep on hand. LOL. Indy, look for a set of take off a-arms on snowest to keep on hand, I bought a set last year for 250 bucks for all 4. They are very expensive from polaris.

did it bend or just pop out with all paint intact on tube ?Agree. Dang I paid $185 for a lower left at Cooke City.
Waynes sled has welded arms (it's a 12 glued ones came out in 13)did it bend or just pop out with all paint intact on tube ?
all 4 guys I ride with with pros have come unglued at least 1 time some are on 3 and 4. every 1 the tube is painted where glue should be stuck .I believe 1 kid with a 2 buck pipe cleaner would solve the ungluing issues.
now 1/2 the guys I know have a hole drilled and sm bolt through every glued arm joint .the other 1/2 have replaced with the timbersled SRA replacements .think they ask 450 but getting for around 340. nice set up cuz u can still swap in oem if in a pinch
I am the last to judge on bending arms don't think a season has gone by that I have not had to replace 1 or both sides. I bring a set with on every trip.

u just stick em back together like this
Probably a when! Only wrecked one radius rod on my switchback last year and that was it. My biggest fear of wrecking an a arm is wrecking the shock with it.is it a "if" or "when" it happens? ha ha
