Kitchen Nightmares

This thread is hilarious. I can totally see mosquito (or my husband) trying to cook a grilled cheese directly on the burner. And 'sometimes even the slowest buffalo gets away' was the icing on the cake. My only 'nightmare' happened when I had made a lasagna and was getting it out of the oven- don't know how- but I dropped it- upside down. So the entire thing fell out onto the oven door. I scoopped it back into the pan and it tasted fine- just didn't look so pretty.
Also- I love Chef Ramsey. That moron from 'le bistro' was an idiot. Get over yourself!

Obviously, the "5 second rule" applies at your house, or you literally can eat off your floors!!

used to like the show, but it has gotten sooooo predictable, I just don't enjoy it as much now.....they need to switch it up a little.

I've cooked in restaurants part time and full time for the past 16 yrs, so I've seen some pretty funny stuff.

My personal worst was a house warming pig roast we had. I rented a trailer mounted grill to do the pig on. Slow roasted a dressed 115lb pig for 12 hrs. We wanted to have corn with the pig too, so I had un-husked corn in a bucket of water planning to put it on my other grill when the pig was almost done. My buddies thought they would be helpful and threw the corn on the pig grill right after I took the pig off. Needless to say the water washed the grease and fat right down onto the burners.

It is amazing how much grease drips off a 115lb pig in 12hrs. The thermometer on the grill spun all the way around. Luckily the kid at the rental counter the next day looked as hung over as me and didn't notice the entire grill was warped.

Bowling Alley...again with the bowling alley...LOL

Me too, but wasn't last season short or something, I just remember thinkin they left some good stuff out. Hope this season's good

About 2 seasons ago Chef Ramsey had an affair with one of the assistant chefs. It was the tall woman with short dark hair. Season was short for that reason.

Off to a good start. The deck is stacked, 15 laim contestants, 1 that has a clue! It makes for good drama. Ramsey is meaner than ever.

so I watched Hells Kitchen last night and missed the ending of Hells Kitchen part 2 this week because of the interruption, dvr cut off the last 10 seconds...who left? Boy is Ramsey kicking a lot of stuff this year just a little over the top for me. And Maria wow what a melt down that was pretty funny. So who watched please tell me who had to take off their jacket and leave

Thanks
