One of the coolest places I think we've ever been was Oswald's Bear Ranch...not to get too far off topic...but...we spent ALL day there!

i live in spring grove we have a mating pair living just on the southeast side of grass lake bridge seen one come down and grab a squirrel from the edge of the road it was unreal looked like a blanket was flying in front of my car wish i had the helmet cam on

Never gets old
We have a nesting eagles on our lake since I first came up here in 1991 and I've been watching them for years. I can't count how many times I've watched them take a fish or just fly over. I still enjoy it as much now as I did the first time, it just never gets old!

It bugs me when the parents forget where the camera is and they block the feeding of the babies!??! Geez...back to acting school!

Once it made it onto a national news segment they went up 10 fold. I haven't been working at my computer the last few days so haven't been able to watch!

You talking the VA eagles or the IA eagles with no watching? I've seen the VA eagles do that and it makes me wanna do with them what I did with my kids - hold that arm straight out and yell stop! :O

Poor IA eagles - mom is soaking wet with snow all around. It just couldn't snow when and where we wanted it...and now look at her!

SAD SAD SAD SAD - looks like the momma eagle from VA was killed by a plane today. Guess her old partner died the same way. She hasn't been back to the nest and she appears to have the same markings. SO SAD!

VA feed is back up in the eaglets new home. Same website as before. Not as clear of a picture for now but the poor people at the Wildlife Ctr of Virginia have been doing their best with all of the crazy people that were following them before the mom died.
The IA eaglets are getting so HUGE now!
