Wi charges 35 for an out of state trail permit. Since I am a resident of Wi, I do no have to pay that, I do have to register my sled every two years at 35 bucks. If people who live outside of Wi, register their sled in Wi, they do not have to pay the 35 dollars for a trail permit.
