You cant factor dollar and cents into this sport...... sledding is a total loss from moment one.....it's like owning a new boat, look at what boat prices have done the last 10 years ..WOW......... If you love sledding and create great memories with your family and friends.....then you have to just say "what the heck" and enjoy....... If money is a driving factor, this sport is a total lose.

That's factory pricing...I would bet it goes down somewhat...still for a turboed, 180 hp sled...I don't think it's outta line...I know guys that spent way more than that turboing a sled.

18 grand with MN taxes. Might as well order 2. One will always be in the shop.

Been there done that, but they have gone insane at that price. Wonder who's bright idea it was to resurrect that wreck out of mothballs.

It will never sound as good as the old triple triple. They just sounded evil. Still miss the racket my 97 made. That alone was worth $4000 bucks.

Well said!! Snowmobiling is my therapist. It relaxes me from the daily grind of owning my own business. Given that its my main hobby, I always desire to be on the latest and greatest.

Well there's a few of us left at least that can have fun out there without taking a mortgage out on a toy.

Back when our group was single and 21 it was completely normal to have toys whose value exceeded the value of our homes.

Try putting an aftermarket turbo system on your brand new machine and see what it costs. Here you get a Yamaha engineered engine turbo package. IMHO, its really not that outrageous in today's world. I was expecting more to be honest.

I can factor in dollars and cents!! I also don't own a $50k boat either. I'm perfectly able to create great memories with family and friends on my $8k Indy but thanks. :D
