Well I'll be the naysayer here, but I think Trubisky can still be decent. He looked fine last year, so what changed? Running game not as good and their O-line is a disaster with injuries and talent.
A young player can regress like this in year 2 or 3. He can move, and has a strong arm, so let him mature and see what you have after the rookie contract.

It’s going to be very difficult to pay Trubisky what he will want for his draft status plus being a QB unless he drastically improves. The kid seems to be in a fog this season and from what was reported Trubisky wasn’t very good in training camp either. Pace and ownership not to mention the fans are all still raw from the Cutler overpaid long term contract and I don’t see that happening again for an underperforming QB.
