I finally woke up this morning without my throat hurting! Yippee! My voice still sounds like crap though.
Nate - I was doing the tea with honey a lot at work. It seemed that my voice would come back a bit when I would drink tea. People were still laughing at me when I answered the phone or spoke, though. I sounded like a frog (and I still do).
Well, I am off to Hulbert shortly. I'm not in too much of a hurry. I wanted to take it easy and not rush since I am still a bit wiped out from this cold or whatever I had. I'm just glad I feel well enough to be able to go. Have a great weekend everyone!

Today the kids have off school - Again... so we are gonna go riding with Will and Joni! Gonna trailer down to their place and ride from there. Will says he's found some GREAT trails to run.<o></o>

PS!!! So I noticed on the home page that John put up the dates for the Ride In next year - I MADE MY RESERVATIONS at the Ramada! I'm planning for my future!!!

All I can say is Hulbert went well. Had a blast again. Nice to be able to meet new people and refresh with the old. It was great riding with Biskit again as well. Took us on some off trail and we tore up this small lake. Was fun to say the least. I had to come home yesterday and they’re all going home now. So have a safe trip ya all.
Ok we made it back, WOW what a trip, it was great, we only had one small problem, Muckster broke a drive axle and it took out the chain case, but this time we had spares, dragged his butt out of the woods hauled him back to the hotel on the trailer 2hrs later he was back together and ready to ride.
We have a new saying "even when its bad, its good, its Hulbert". I'm gonna post some pic's in the pic's section now.

I'm ready too go back to the UP, reality SUCKS!!!! Shoulder did ok, doesn't hurt anymore than the rest of me, wish someone would have got pic's of my face plant when the Poo threw me! helmet was packed with snow.HAHAHA

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KELLY! (Officially, this time!)
It sucks to be back to reality. Work was crazy busy today. I had a great time in Hulbert and I am so glad I went. It was nice to meet some new people and nice to meet Serena and Rob in the flesh. The riding was surprisingly good even though it hadn't snowed there in a couple of weeks. It figures it would be snowing the day I left. Plus, there is just something special about staying at the Tahquemenon Hotel. I think it's because it feels more cozy and like we are the only people in the town (which we were at times). Actually, it probably has more to do with the people I was with, though. It's nice to have the lobby at the hotel to gather in. It sort of feels like someone's living room.
I didn't take a ton of pictures, but I will see if I can figure out how to post a couple on Brad's picture thread.
Back to watching the Olympics. I love watching the Olympics!

i hope you guys had a blast up there, sorry i couldnt make it. maybe next time, i would really like to meet up with some of you and ride. i hear ya brad i have the itch to go back to the UP, might try in march and leave preggers at home!!!Lol we will see.
