Love you! The news was not good Wednesday, but Dad is in good spirits and he's ready to fight his arse off.
The cancer is in his lymph nodes, so they cannot operate on him to remove the lung. The cancer is at the top of his lung, too close to where the cut will need to take place, AND the fact that it is in his lymph nodes does not allow him to have the lung removed.
So they are going to start prepping him for radiation and chemo treatments immediately. He has appointments Thursday and Friday where he will get even more information. They have not given him a "stage" yet. Hopefully we will have more information on the "survival" rate. ARG! Hopefully we have those answers after his appointment on Friday.
So, thanks for your prayers... I really appreciate it... please keep them coming. My Dad is a strong STRONG man I am sure he will kick arse but prayers will always help.

I cleaned up the garage today since it was a disaster and I needed to put away the patio furniture. I decided to try to start up the snowblower and it started on the second pull. Not bad for a snowblower that is 24 years old.
