the more the better, not just speaking from a business perspective. Think about it, people have sleds and want to ride and they are doing just that. If it's not ideal they still have fun and justify the investment. You take the good with the bad and it is what it is. I'm going riding right now!

Exactly... got to be better than not riding.:)

ALERT ALERT , "More Minnesota trucks with trailers heading up! Saw several of them go by this morning...Good glad for the business owners! Western UP visitors bureau said (and Indianhead Mountain) Lake Efect Snow Alert for the next 5 days on FB this morning but none of the weather sites including NOAA who issues them has the warning?

Headed from Ironwood to Stevens point exit today not too far about 2 and half hour drive south. I counted just over 60 trucks with trailers heading north. 1 mini van, several black pick ups with white or black enclosed trailers, and several open trailers, some with like 4 new Yamha's on it. One large red truck with a matching red trailer. Going to be very busy this weekend and coming week.

Let me know how bad it was

We found the best riding from about 5 mi north of Mass to Calumet, but overall
It was great !!! Dinner at the bug bar wed night was great. We rode wed night thru fri then LEFT the circus behind, and went to Wetmore to finish the weekend...We lucked out and found less traffic over there. I guess everyone already had their reservations for the Mass city/copper harbor circus, and with a little help from mother nature we found great riding for the weekend.......Black Dodge with 4place enclosed trailer for those keeping score.....

I wonder how many sled gonna get wrecked this week from stumps
Funny thing I wrote this but wasn't a stump. Hill was a little steeper then a thought and dug the nose of the sled right into it.I made it up but the front bumper and hood hinge didn't do so well.LOL

Agree with ya bonnevier, trails around gogebic were pretty good and we didnt see that many sleds on the trail at all. Glad i went, riding monday we rode only freshly groomed trails all day and night long.

How cold was the monday ride? Hopefully nothing that a few extra layers couldn't take care of!

The ride was.......well pretty #$&% cold. I added a couple layers so it really wasnt bad. We just stopped more and that helped. Little frostbite on my cheek though.
