Packers and Bears Week

The Bears are one dimensional, have a weak armed quarterback and their prized all-world draft pick is riding the bench. Just the kind of team that Green Bay can lose to. This could very well be one of those Trap Games that the Packers seem to have just about every year. The Pack is favored by 7 and that looks about right on paper but they still have to play the game and the Bears are always tough even when they're not very good. Green Bay lost another tackle this week, now the back-ups are going on the IR for crysakes. And "the next man up" is a guy that used to live down the street who's uncle once met Ron Wolf at Denny's during a snowstorm....

What is the NFL, I totally forgot. Never will I turn a game on again and that includes the Super Bowl. I will spend my time and money watching something else.

Bears strategy is prolly going to be run run run the clock out. keep it close and kill as much time as possible to give them a chance to win at end.

If packers get up early I don't see much chance in a comeback......unless....they release the good kid from his cage.

The packers weakness is the bears strength(Run vs stopping run). with that said Rodgers usually plays like god against the bears and if he does shouldn't matter.

So much I would like to say about those over paid drama queens whose Country afforded them all the opportunity in the world. I really enjoy watching football but I can't take myself to support the NFL. You see that Directv is letting people cancel the sunday ticket. Thousands of people calling to cancel because of the protests. God Bless the U.S.A.!!!!!!

I applaud you guys that stopped watching NFL. I have a few friends, die hard Pack fans that didn't watch last Sunday. I'm close.
If they don't change something in the next week, I'll be joining you all on the DNW list. Will be toughest entertainment decision of my life.

Yeah...my thoughts as well.I didn't pay for DTV NFL ticket to watch protest during the NA just not the right time for it or or what I paid for. I paid to watch NFL football to escape and be entertained. These players need to find another way to express themselves using another format and stand an respect the NA. Goodall where the **** are you???....do your job and stop this stuff.

Politics aside, if that's even possible anymore, the players are asking the fans to lock arms during the anthem to express unity. Good Lord, Packers and Bears fans aren't that fond of each other to begin with, now you're asking for a group hug? They may set records for ejections and arrests Thursday night!

And what would Halas and Lombardi have to say about all of this?

Sounds like there is a online deal that is starting to gain traction. November 12th is protest the NFL. It is the sunday after Veterans day. Wouldn't it be great if there were no fans in the seats and TVs tuned to anything but football?

So we have for decades stood with hand on heart for national anthem....... now the "snowflakes" want us all to hold hands???? NO WAY......that's the stupidest thing I've heard in a long time.

Like I was saying....

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The Green Bay Police Department will have more officers on the field than usual Thursday during a planned show of unity before the Packers-Bears game at Lambeau Field.

The department, which is in charge of most of the security inside Lambeau Field, is working to protect people on the field from the possibility of fans throwing objects from the stands or fans who may try to get onto the field.

Police will not add additional staff to the game, but they will position more of the staffed officers onto the field.

The department says the effort is to make sure the proceedings leading up to kickoff are safe. Police say they'll also work diligently to protect fans in the stadium.

The Green Bay Packers say coaches, players, and staff plan to link arms Thursday during the national anthem as a show of unity. They've asked fans to join them by linking arms in the stands.

You know the irony of all of this is, we now need a greater police presence to show greater unity during the national anthem.

So sad to see young punks with money (most Packer players) and the NFL (with lots of our money) being allowed to abuse the people who pay to be entertained but instead are subjected to unwanted politics.
I have been taking my 84 year old retired Marine Captain of 22 years service father to his two annual games each year in Green Bay where we love the flag roll out on the field, singing the National Anthem and watching the Military flyover. As a man who signed up to get season Packer tickets in 1977 when we moved to Wisconsin, who finally received the opportunity to purchase them in 2011 and finally passed them to me; I respect my Father, the Anthem, the Flag and our Country and WILL SING THAT ANTHEM LOUDER THAN EVER THURSDAY NIGHT.
