You are obviously not impressed with Rob's. I would like to know why. In SE WI, Rob's is the only dealer I have considered as far as service. I will say that I have been less than impressed with all dealers in SE WI. Anyone have any experience with Engelhart's in Madison? They sold me an accessory off a sled in the showroom. I was impressed with that, but that is the only experience I have with them.

It is very hard to come by a good dealer... I agree with psindust.. Srt start your own dealer and I will be your first customer.

Well, how to word this and not be negative?? I had a unpleasant experience at Rob's, but it was also quite a few years ago. Im not dead set against going there, but I havent owned ski-doos in quite a few years either.

As for Engelhardts, they only sell Yamahas right?

Bills Service Center at Stratford Wis, only Polaris, and a very nice dealership, honest and shoots straight from the hip. Located approx 15 miles north of Marshfield

srt - Rob's has been very good to me. I do, however, give them alot of my money, so maybe thats why. Never a bad experience there. Been going there for about eight years now. There is a dealer closer to my house but, prefer Rob's.

Curtis Michigan. Worked all night to get a couple wet sleds running. Tipped the Wizard[machanic] heavily.

I've had really good luck dealing with DLB MotorSports in Colby, WI....they always have time for me and get the work done right and very prompt service...ask for Brett or Matt. Never bought a sled there... but they do all my service work when needed.

Ski Doo and Rob's

I have been dealing with Rob's for many years (15?). I drive by at least one Ski Doo dealership to get to his place. I don't know what your negative experience was, but everyone has a negative story about every dealer - me too. Stuff breaks, disagreements start. Stuff is expensive, disagreements continue. As far as service is concerned, Scott in service is the best I know of. When I need service, the first thing we talk about is when my next scheduled ride is. I always get my sled back in time. One day I expect that won't be the case, likely due to BRP not having a part though. But like snowbuff, they get a lot of my money and I'm sure that doesn't hurt.

Ever try to get into Engelhart's with a trailer? Good luck turning around and getting out depending on traffic. It's a zoo. I stop in and buy parts from time to time, but would never consider purchasing or servicing a sled there due to their location. I do like the fact that they have mountain gear!

Full Throttle Powersports in Lena Il. Ron the owner is a great guy to deal with , Chuck is the Best servive manager ever! They carrie Polaris and Yamaha. I have bought 4 sleads the last three years and never had any issuse with them!!

Rob's in Johnson Creek has been very good to us over the past 13 years. As lookin4snow said, Scott in service is the best - very knowledgeable and personable. I spend money there every year, but so do most customers!

Cozzy's Polaris in Marinette came through for me when Polaris themselves would not. And when buying new, I shop around a LOT, he always has the best deal.

I guess I haven't really posted much since i'm not super loyal to any dealers, but I haven't been dissapointed with any of the ones i've gone to. I normally go to sport-o-motive and kens sports, but don't care for the service from either of them since it's a long wait because they're busy. Service from a true polaris dealer costs too much anyways. That is why I started to learn to do it myself. And, if i run into trouble, I go to ray's cycle where labor is half the price of a dealer.

Rob's Performance in Johnson Creek! He has told me on a number of occasions the wife and I are family. My wife's sled blew up a couple years ago, we took it in on a Monday and had a trip already planned for the following weekend, and we picked it up on Thursday. Rob called BRP and was told parts are on backorder. He told BRP that wasn't going to work we need the sled in a few days. BRP overnight shipped a year newer whole engine (sled was under warranty). And it was ready to go when we got there on Thursday.
