sled hesitating

i decided to take the clutch off again when i got home and put the old spring back in just for the heck of it and i found that the nut that holds the spider on was off! it wasnt off last night when i had the clutch apart to put the new weights in. now im really confused

i switched out the clutch with a clutch from a sled we parted out a while ago and put my weights and spring on it and its still doing it. im thinking it must be the secondary now

Watch it will be something dumb like carbs not synced. You did check that..... Right?

yes that crossed my mind but i dont know how to sync carbs, im hoping ill have time to take it to a shop on monday and have them look at it because ive run out of ideas

Replace your throttle lever and pins and yes it is really this simple try all kinds of stuff on my 99 ZL and this is what fixed it.

But the thing is, it doesn't decide to be boggy and hesitate until it's warmed up. That's what makes it sound like clutches.
