I get that. I'm blessed because my contractor is the chairman of my congregation. He's swamped, but he always slips me in his schd.Yep, that's an issue, why I pretty much do everything myself.

Thanks Jim, I start looking this month for that guy, hope I can find him.Paul you have the right idea if you can find a guy you can work with and kinda do the general yourself self make take a little longer but way more cost efficient and you can see the quality of work being done. I was very lucky on the builds that I was able to do that and had a real carpenter with 30-35 years experience to make sure the codes were all met.
I'm looking at a June/July frame out 2027. If that fits your time frame we should meet and you can look at the plans and we can talk.Depending on complexity and timing I’d be interested in the framing part. I’d rather frame up there than down here in the Fox Valley.
