Kip and his dad borrowed me a key so I could ride for the weekend back in the day when I forgot my key and was 5 hours away from home. They went back in their shop and found a matching key from another sled and I was able to ride without any issues for the weekend. They would not even take the $40 cash from me. They just smiled and said enjoy your weekend and mail the key back to us. I mailed the key back on Monday and put the $40 in it. Stand up people and great service from my experience and they didn't even know me.

Got a hot minute to share my best Pats story. This would’ve been 8 years ago already I believe. My buddy’s chain case on his 02 Doo Grenaded halfway thru the 13 loop. I towed it the rest of the way on a Saturday evening and pulled into Pats after dark. They were obviously closed, I was just hoping I could find someone around to notify them if it’d be ok if we left the sled out back to come pick it up with a truck and trailer that night or the next morning. Was prepared to ride 2up all the way back to watersmeet. Having never met Kip, I found him in the back filling the wood stove. Chatted with him for a few minutes and before I knew it he tossed me the key to a rental phazer to ride back to the hotel. Wouldn’t take any money, heck that was the first time I met him and didn’t know me at all or have any of my information. All he said was be careful and fill the tank upon return. I remember the trails were super rough that night so was very thankful to not have to double up the whole way back. I don’t think you’ll find that anywhere else.

This is the first time I have posted anything on this site but thought it would be good to. My brother in law and I both had issues with our new Polaris sleds and Jerry got us in right way to take care of the problem. Everyone else in the dealership was very friendly also!

Thanks for your help!
