Just rolled past 12,000 mi on my 2010 F8 this past weekend riding from Janesville,WI to Eagle River and back...858 miles in 2.5 days...[/QUOTE]

That's awesome..........on my bucket list to do, Lake Geneva to St. Germain.

Thanks all! Still have the original shocks in it, which are in dire need of replacing or rebuilding…If only I knew a guy… :) T4T do you happen to know if these shocks are rebuildable? I have haunch they aren't because the Indy was pretty much the base model.

Text me a pic of the shock, think they are throwaways but ya never know

Guy on here who doesnt post much did 1100 in 48 hours. Basically rode across the UP and back 550 miles trails were so good, he got home slept for a few hours and they went and did it again.

I think excessive force's story is more impressive - thats a ton of miles in 2 days in wisconsin with no grades to sit on all day

wasy more impressive riding wisconin winding bumpy trails-swamps than duct taping the throttle down on a UP grade.

If this weekend wasnt supposed to get so dang warm my sled would have 8000 by next week. Keep in mind, 8000 on my sled is probably like 20,000 on your 03 indy 500 the way I treat mine!

i hopped on a customers edge the other day to take for a test ride...after 6 years on IQs, IQr's, and Pro Assault chassis...i give anyone credit who can ride a trailing arm sled these days more then 5 miles lol. felt like i was driving an old caddy with all that hood in front of me

I know what you mean Chris! When I get off my Switchback and hop on the Indy, the front end is huge! I used to think that Indy was the cat weow, until i got my IQ :)

I was same way, when i had my edge"s they were better then sliced bread...then i got a dragon and O MAN was it great. But i must say my heart melts riding that IQr. actually perfer it over my assault. gotta get some seat time in real snow tho before i go jumping to conflusions

haha well the people following me have broken a ski, an a arm, 2 windshields, and a bumper so far THIS year so you bet im ricky racer!

This just means you are lacking leadership skills ;) Only sorta kidding....if people I'm leading break stuff I take a little bit of the responsibility.

My mileage conversion:

30 boondocking miles = 100 twisty trail miles = 250 grade miles
