Bears!

We often see bear tracks in the snow in March around Tog. We have never seen a bear though, as the guides usually will move onto another area, quickly!

Carter has kept us away from the bears. We spent todaydoing a search and recovery on 2 sleds that were left in the "bush". One got a new steering post replaced amongst other things in the do not ask, do not tell zone, LOL . We got them out and No Helicopter needed. Gotta love it! I will post video when back home.

...heavy snow expected in western wyoming monday evening through
wednesday morning...

. A strong pacific storm system moving out of the eastern pacific
towards the pacific northwest will move inland on monday. In the
afternoon the leading edge of showers will move into the western
mountains of wyoming. By early evening widespread snow will move in
with moderate to heavy snow developing through the night. The
snow should continue through the day tuesday and tuesday
night...with some snow lingering on wednesday. Snowfall of 15 to
25 inches is expected in the tetons by wednesday morning. Most of
the mountain areas should get 15 inches or more. 5 to 10 inches of
snow is expected in the valleys with local higher amounts.
