Super 8 is good. Older but clean and decent parking for trailer. I believe trails can be accessed from the lakes behind the hotel if it's frozen or across the road. Gas isn't far either

The Super 8 has a spur trail from their back parking lot to the Hiawatha RR grade. Rodeside Inn right off of I-39 is right on the trail as well
