I have a few buds with the pro r for trail sleds I can tell u that 600 is a overachiever they will hang with the 800s till about 75/80 .
for a trail runner I would get the 6 . do u want a overachiever 600 or a underachieving 800? real dyno numbers are less than 20hp
I have the 600 Rush, Pro-R, bought this year, and rode it twice last week. It's a totally amazing sled, with an incredible ride. I call it the "cloud" because the suspension is so incredibly soft in all conditions. It does have some inside ski lift, reminding me of the old ski-doo chassis's, but I'm hopeful I can tune that out over time. Motor has plenty of power for trail riding, at least for me. I need more experience with it, but I'm certainly glad I bought it.
well dyno tech has the 13 800 at 144.4hp and I have not seen a dyno tech sheet for the 600 but have seen slp and bmp and both have the 600 at 129hp and 131hp with 86 and 87 foot lbsCan you source those numbers. I bought a Indy 600 sp and I think its a hoot. The motor pulls great to 90....just wondered what HP it makes.
I wasnt gonna comment but I just gotta, its a great sled but if you r gonna put alot of miles on get a good mechanic ......... YAMAHA APEX XTX!!!!!!!!!
