Randy Moss is one of those morons who will be broke and have everything repo'd about 2 yrs after his NFL career is over.
Moron-athon
What's Bud Grant doin these days? Obviously not coaching the Vikings.
Those were some good teams and well coached, this coming from a Packer's Fan. Crazy stuff these days from Minnesota, all ya need now is to have Al Franken involved some how.
Just like LA took the Lakers.....LA get ready here comes the Queens!!
ok fun stuff is over....Moss is NOT gone he is on waivers!!from what i seen on the news he is now a player they will trade if someone would like him....maybe just maybe chilly did that so he could show moss who the boss is........vikes are not going any where!! nice dream you all have over there in chedderville!!!! oh ya see ya all on the 21st....
Chilly aint going anywhere this year, or next. If the owners lock out the players, you think the coaches get paid? I would think not, giving Wilf one less year to buy out Chilly's current deal. Sucks, but money is what drives this game.
I would guess, and only guess, that the coaches would get paid. It's a management/worker labor issue. Coaches are management, players are workers. If management locks out the union, management would still get paid, I would guess. Owners would not lock out management, they are on the same side in the dispute. Only a guess.
You could be right, as this is a "players union" dispute. But I'm not sure how that works either. I guess I don't know why the owners would pay ANYONE if the games are not played, even the officials would get burned, I would think. Anybody have the real answer?
They are setting up the Cinderella story, Jackson comes in, Rice comes back, they go undefeated the rest of the season…oh wait, this is the Vikings, what the H*** was I thinking.
I stopped caring in 98’ after they sucked me in one final time, I grew up with the four losses way back when, can’t care anymore. They don’t play for me, they don’t know or care who I am, why should I give a damn about them.
I get a great chuckle out of "avid fans", get a clue. Personally I think football is a distraction for the masses created by the "capitalist elite" so we don't pay as much attention to the “tragic human condition” that the common working man endures. Heck that is one of the reasons I got into snowmobiling, occupied my time on Sundays, would rather be sledding…
I was all for bringing Moss back, and disappointed with yesterday's news, but if this is indeed the case, I'm all for what Chilly did. Whether it be a salvagable season, or we go 2-14 the remainder, I won't look back placing the blame on this move. We all know he walks a fine line with his antics, but this is just plain and simply uncalled for. (Read the article)
