Here's your answer.

And as a bonus.
LOL!!! love those old commercials! actually had one of those Pantera's Bought it at Jefferson swap meet, engine was in a basket disassembled, knew it was all there. Back then had kids with wagons who would take your stuff out to your vehicle for $5.00. We set the chassis on the wagon pulled it out to my truck, needless to say paid the kid more than his asking price for hauling LOL. Shortly after opening my shop a local farmer came in and said he bought a sled that I previously owned for his kids, turned out it was the Pantera and I think still has it.

We currently manufacture equipment that is sold worldwide. From 1968 to 1972 we made snowmobiles here in Wisconsin. Who are we?

Ariens. The one & only model was the Ariens Arrow 300. These were actually produced by Skiroule Ltd in Quebec Canada for Ariens Co. in Brillion WI.
John Deere was mfg in Horicon Wisconsin from 1972 to 1984 but the snowmobile business was sold to Polaris between 1982 & 1983.

1971 Ariens Arrow: The Ariens snowmobile was produced by Skiroule Ltd. in Quebec, Canada for the Ariens Co., Brillion, WI. In the Spring of 1968, Rejean Houle, President of Skiroule, met with Michael Ariens to see if he would sell snowmobiles along with his lawn equipment.
Skiroule didn't produce the complete snowmobile. In 1969, the only Ariens model had a Thermo plastic cab and seat that were made in the USA.
For the 1971 season, they offered the only model, Arrow, in both countries and produced 2300 machines. This machine has a Sachs 300 cc, 20hp motor, and a 15 inch track. It sold for $845.
Their slogan was: "Come Snow. Go Ariens"

We'll start Monday off with one question with two answers. Snowmobiles were featured in two movies featuring Bruce Willis and Pierce Brosnan. Name the two movies and the brand of sled in each one.

I barely had time to walk our dog and Rev was knocking on the door with the correct answer. They don't spend a lot of time with the snowmobiles on Die Hard 2 but you can just make out the Pogo Sticks on the Yamaha's. As for the Bond movie, this was the first time we saw the new Ski Doo Rev which came out the following year. Some may have thought it was a movie prop, but no, something completely different called "The Rev" from Ski Doo.

As long as we're on the subject of movies, does anyone know the model of Ann Margaret's Arctic Cat in Grumpy Old Men? I honestly don't know other than it was an early 90's model.

And I was going to write SkiDoo and tell them I already had that moniker patented but if they gifted me with one, I would be o.k. with that, lol.

I clearly erred in the year, not sure why I put down 1972. At least I got the make & model right. Next.....

This snowmobile company started out by making farm equipment such as grain elevators, corn cribs, and straw choppers before their first snowmobiles. Name that company.
