What is considered high mileage

Well, last year I sold an 01 Doo 700 with 13,000 miles on it. Never had any problems with that sled.

My brother sold an 02 Doo 700 last year with 15,000 miles on it. Never had any trouble with that sled.

My current sleds are.

02 Doo 600 Legend 1737 miles. Just bought this in June for my daughter. Figure it has a good 10,000 plus miles left on it.

03 Doo 600 Legend 5100 miles. Just bought last January with 2200 miles on it for my son. Probably a good 7,000 miles left on it.

03 Doo 700 Legend 3000 miles. Just bought last February with 800 miles on it for me. Have 10,000 left on it.

07 Doo 500 SS 5500 miles on it. Bought new for my son. Lost a piston at just under 5000 on that, so I am not sure about this one. He has had it upside down scraping down the road, so this one runs good for now, but it is not pretty. Bunch of scrapes and a twisted tunnel.

I have an 05 Renegade with 6700 miles on it no problems other than track clips, ball joints, and carb boots, my wife rides an 04 500SS with 6100 miles, carb boots only. bought them both new, clean and dry them for summer, fog engines, spray motor with oil and store inside. dealers services them for the winter. key is to take care of them. still have 120-125# of compression on all cylinders, mechanics says they are as reliable as new or better.
