Well someone has called it quits early on this winter. I think I will wait a little longer until I throw in the towel on this winter. Things change fast
yep, not looking good so far but not giving up either, have 2 back pack trips planned with venturenorth, one of which has plan a and b depending on snow conditions, if cant do either will just fly up when its there like last year, not giving up

I can’t cancel a sleddin trip I haven’t scheduled yet. Lol lots of time snow conditions don’t get good until second week of January in good years.
I can remember the good years riding in mid/late December, one of these years it has to turn around!

Trails around home were open just 2 years ago (2022) 3rd week of December. 3 years ago (2021) I was riding western UP 2nd week of December. 4 years ago (2020) there was so-so snow mid December around home, and rode western UP over Xmas/new years.

Man 1 bad winter sure makes some of ya guys forget! lol

It is amazing how last year distorts memories. The year before we had great snow, but my mind is stuck on last year sucking.

My new all purpose all season ride..... I will be plowing snow in style & comfort as well as staying cool & dirt free inside during the summer & fall.

What is your honest opinion on the cab noise? My wife was thinking of getting one with the current discounts, but we are hearing mixed reviews on the sound in the cab. Some reviews say it sounds like the engine is screaming, others are saying it is not bad. We sold an RMAX based on the fact we could not have a conversation going down the trail/road at 30 mph. I also told myself I would never buy another UTV unless it had AC.

Still have the 2015 and 2018 Switchbacks I bought from MSPEASE 4? years ago so IF I get to ride this year, otherwise they'll be for sale. Sadly hubs has lost interest. I doubt we've put a thousand miles on them since the purchase ( around 5 thousand on them now)

I'm getting too darn old indy, but my problem is I can still well remember what the snow seasons were like 40 to 50 plus years ago. Even where I'm located. But as it's said, times change. I'm in high hopes that I will once again be able to ride the sleds, and enjoy doing so this season. This after all my health issues I've been through. Never give up, eh!
