Who have you met on JD

I am thankful for local riders - I have made many friends. I would love to ride with all you folks, but I've only rode on trails (50 years old - 2015 Ski Doo Blizzard 600). I don't mind riding all day long. I've got 5 weeks vacation & save it to ride but can't find anyone to ride with locally. Not really interested in riding off trail - but i appreciate all those that do. If my riding style fits in in with anyone, would really like to hear from you. Thanks!
If it snows up in your area, I'll look you up. I have ridden from Westfield, Adams, Coloma, The Dells, etc over the years. Great area. 53 year old trail rider.

I've met quite a few people from JD over the years...
Met the Krupp's and have stayed there many times.
Met and partied with the Team Kessler crew a couple of times.
Met Lenny at Pat's and stayed at his beautiful rental house.
Met Kip and Trish at Pat's Motorsports, bought a Viking and a Viper from him. Best customer service I've ever had and worth a 6 hour drive to buy from him.
Met Matt from the Bluff Bunkhouse and have stayed at his rental units in Mass and Rockland. Great guy and nice places to stay.
Rode with Sweeperguy and had a blast. Nice guy and kept right up with my kid and I. Hope to ride with him again. Rode with strokeit many times. Still talk to him today.
I am sure I have met others one time or another when I have been in the UP at the Bug Bar, Krupp's or Pat's. I don't ride UP there much anymore I ride mostly in MN and enjoy. If in the UP I always stop at Pat's and then Krupp's for a Pasty.

My guess is that you'd fit in well with our group that can include Sweeperguy, Harski, DGZRT and a few others not on this board. I live just south of Rice Lake right on the trail. Send me a PM with your contact information if you'd like to.

I felt that a demonstration of what not to do would be beneficial! Maybe I should have stood a bit closer to the fire that day instead. ;)

Dish it out, gotta deal with it back at ya! I remember that quite well from that trip, looking forward to another one!

I've met too many great people from John's site including the man himself. I've always said, the site's motto should be 'Creating 100's of Bromances Annually.'

I've also met too many to start naming. It's been a great long run (John I think we first met in 01?) and I don't think I'll stop meeting new people from here for a while. Probably the biggest thing I can add is that I was introduced to the Keweenaw because of the site. Always used to ride by Hayward or Eagle River (WI) until I started reading everyone's posts here and now I never ride south of Mass City! It's funny, I struggle now with enough riding time when I'm up because there are so many people I want to meet up with while I'm there.

Hinostroza and Motte I think have the skill to be good NHL players. Schmaltz is not impressing me one bit. I don't know what his game is exactly. Kempny and Forsling are looking really good and they are young. I think the odd man out is TVR, and it wouldn't surprise me if he was dealt.

that's a great point. I have found so many new places to ride due to the comments from others on this site. I love the trail reports (area conditions) section. Almost a daily check for me during the winter. Priceless having this available.
