As for myself, I joined during John's early days in Lake Linden.
I was here for at least two or three of the Lake Linden years, if not more (ca. 1999-2006).

I'm thinking around 05 for me. PolCats, Lake Linden, Dial Up Internet, etc.
I still get a chuckle out of a time in the mid-90's when the company I worked for thought it'd be a good idea to put a computer with the internet in the break rooms. All were encouraged to visit the new and wonderous Internet and learn our way around. It wasn't a half an hour before the first Porn Site was up and running which put the kybosh to that idea!

07? 08? For me. I don't post on here nearly as much as i used to but don't go a day without checking in. Sad to see a lot of the guys who fell off the face of the earth. I've met A LOT of people through this site and have become very good friends with a lot of them, which is awesome!

I came in sometime within the first year, I don't even remember how I found the site. It was so long ago that I actually had hair back then.

I remember the Polcat and what might have been the first trail cam. It was a shot down a trail from the view of a road maybe? Had a week of vacation in Eagle River WI with no snow so I drove the family to about Calumet, found some snow on the trail, pulled the old Exciters off the trailer, bundled the kids and road 5 miles out and five back. Found a little more snow just N of Houghton and did it again all because of what I saw on that CAM.
