I haven't posted a lot in the last month, but when I see stuff like this, it really annoys me to no end.
Of COURSE the Walker recall thread is left to go on, and on. Anything to do with recalling Walker is reported ad nauseum in the media and apparently this is no exception.
But of course when you try to state anything about the GREAT things, and I do mean GREAT, things Walker is doing, that gets censored immediately.
I am not surprised, but I vote with my wallet now. Walker will get all the spare cash I can justify to make sure he stays in office for his full term, and then some.
I applaud you for questioning what happened to your thread.

I personally think a good approach to sensitive topics would be to allow them and delete posts that are vulgar or offensive. I mean why follow the political correctness approach and stifle sensible communication. Is it really OFFENSIVE to say JESUS SAVES or WALKER ROCKS or is it received by the FEW as threatening. Does political correctness dictate to us what is offensive? I understand there needs to be limits and rules but to who's standard? Why cater to the few and stifle the majority? I always wondered how the wording "offensive" took hold.
JD's site here is truly remarkable at the level of civil communication that has taken place and I say thanks to JD personally. He has went above and beyond allowing the rules to be pushed. Lets not complain and speculate as to why this and that. If it's pulled it's pulled for a reason. Lets not punish the whole class for a spit wad on the wall. Just so happens it was Marks and I know Mark personally and he has a strong integrity and would make a wonderful Mod. Lets not pull them all or think about it like that. The mods have done a good job and it's a commitment to police the forum. The posts that bother me are the curse words. I'm not offended but it just reminds me of some of the raunchy sites that are out there and this is not one of them.

All I said was that walker isn't even qualified to sub for me when I am sick, and that got removed??? Anyway, looking forward to my trip to twin lakes at the end of this week! See you all on the trails.

I know it doesn't matter, but I personally love this site and think that John is doing a fantastic job.
I'm involved and informed politically and could argue all day but I love this site for the other topics although I'll let my opinion be known if a political topic pops up but I don't blame him for pulling anything political, its in the rules and I know it.
I don't think John has been biased in any way, keep up the good work!

If you had a political or hunting forum on here I would check them out a lot also, I always stop in on my breaks for something to do.
Think snow, my sled hasn't been out of the barn yet!
