as long as they dont use the LHFF way of thinking.but as far as I know last hired first fired is the gold stanard of all unions.no matter if you have a entergetic teacher/worker with a love of his/her job that every one likes and are excited to take the class or work with them.then on the other side you got the dead weight worked the job 20 yrs pulling more money than 2 or 3 new guys. kids failing out of the class no passion or creativity or parts from his station coming back for rebuild more than other new guys.who do you get rid of? well in the real world you dump dead weight. but in la la land you keep the lump ignore the gpa of students in his class or ignore returend parts and dump the guy who cares about his performance because the lump has more time in.LHFF is a word that needs do be dumped yrs ago
