Only way to find weight will be when 1 of the Mags weighs a wet Viper model or 2 in some super dealers' shop this Fall. OEMs never correct with weight anyway. Like dry weight what is the point of that?

Still don't understand why some won't even post their weights? Seems something wrong here. I do believe they have to declare a weight to retail a product. This due to Fed and State regs. I use the weights to compare different configurations of the same chassis.

Yamaha probably doesn't know exact weight until Viper comes off assembly line in Fall goal was up to 50lbs lighter than Nytro AC 4s weight probably will be a bit lighter as Yamaha likes to beef chassis up. I'm thinking 505 to 525 lbs dont 't think Viper will be below 500lbs but just a guess on my part. Yamaha knows they have to reduce weight of new products but not to the point where quality is at risk. Typical Yamaha sled buyers want power & reliability over the lightest sled on the planet. Visit TY to understand Yamaha owners hot buttons lots of high speed straight liners & huge mile trail riders few boondockers but some.

I don't know but I am going to say about 685 'wet'. Fill up the gas and you are looking at 750. Then ad about 50 pounds of ice in the tunnel and you are at a nice even 800. With you on it you are at half a ton going down the trail. Maybe more if you are a big guy. Whitedust will have better numbers but I bet I am close.

I agree with Grub probably pushing 700 lbs wet & iced up but sure does not ride that way with EPS. Nothing like it for high speed cruising UP trails soooo comfortable you can sleep ride on grades & wide trails like 107. Nothing can keep up with you on the wide UP trails just sucks everything up very stable sled. Also very good on unplowed FRs & you will be surprised how well you can ride on twistys but don't plan on throwing the sled around just point & shoot play with engine breaking & gas off & on to ride twistys. You will luv it.:)
