I want a 200 watt incandescent light bulb too. There are many light bulb co's. that will supply me with one in this land of the free. Why can't I buy one? LED's are awesome as well....let the free market settle it.

see welfare is where you take money some one gave you and you give it to some one else who did not earn it . that is not how a tax incentive works
