Haydays 2013

We justify the site by bringing own food and beer and having a closer place to bring bought items to, thus eliminating tons of walking. Its nice to have a place to escape the sun if its warm out, too! But I agree, it is not cheap. But we are ussually splitting the cost 4 or more ways so that helps.

I haven't swapped in over 5 years (but have atteneded the last 20 years). I bought 3 spots and am clearing out ALL the sleds (5 between the wife and I) and bringing a few sleds for friends to sell also. I CAN'T WAIT!!!
I'll be going to Rum River to swap also - it really is a great "warmup for Haydays" as Ezra mentioned.

I always get a kick out of seeing all the guys U run in to at trail heads and bars around the Midwest walking the isles.
I am never good at meeting at a time some place always find my self at the other end of the grounds.
1 more YR it will be a fight with the war dept over Hay Days or as she calls it my Holly High weekend .it falls on my anniversary again and 1 more time it will be u care more about those god dam snowmobiles than me. I will have to admit she is right and it will spiral from there. I will have to hear about the time I called the travel agent and changed our anniversary vacation over Hay days again. and all the others times she remembers.

Only 2 days until the Rum River Outlaw Grass drags and swapmeet. I have the 00 ZL 500, 02 MXZ 500, 2010 M8 SNO PRO and 2007 M1000 loaded and ready to go... All of these are for sale along with a half a truckload of parts.

Rookie here, but coming up this yr. There are two camp grounds shown on the map. Does it matter which one I stay at (assuming they have space)? Chicken Coop or Racers Edge North? Or somewhere else the party is happening? Anything else I need to know? Thanks!

what night are u staying?
call joe I and chat with him. if u are staying sat night and dont mind a drunk fest I am sure u could fit in the trailer if u dont mind a floor spot.I am only staying over fri night and I think there will only be 3 in the trailer for sat night so u would be the only one on the floor. unless like in some past yrs some one just passes out in a chair out side.

Went to war I today. Moms gave me a sweet deal and sledding is my first love. But as Commodore of the RYC I am stuck to our annual meeting (same weekend) to hand my reins over on the same day. Really sucks, but I got 177 peeps counting on me. Next year for sure!
