Been using it for over 2 years. Satellite is our only option and Starlink kicks butt! Upgrades coming with the latest line of satellites currently being put into space. Have only had to use customer service once and it went very well.

I live about 1/4 mile from it! It is not the type of lighthouse you can live in. It sits at the end of a large breakwater pier. The pier would remain in the federal government and the beach in the foreground is privately owned.
