Ice removal off sled trailer roof

thanks for the words on the issue. Going to take a 80,000 btu heater and see what I can get done. doubt the car wash places will be open this coming wkend with the forecast. Phelps is the closet town, don't think I want to trailer any further than that with it the way it is.

Ice removal off sled trailer roof

Well I got behind on removing snow off the trailer roof and now have some ice build up on it. Opening myself up to all kinds of comments here, but here it goes. Anyone have a working method of removing it that is quicker than dumping tons of heat into it? It is a a little to thick for the old...

    Griddle Me This...

griddle take a little more effort to take care of as mentioned above already, but the amount of food you can do on it at once is great. One of my favorites is stir fry. It is a time saver and keeps the mess outside and you get to act like the griddle guy at a diner. I have not even entertained...

    Vilas and oneida

The only concern I have with zerks is grease getting to the inner bearing enough. I pull mine every other year inspect, replace or repack bearings and brakes look at. So far knock on wood no on the road issues. Each round trip is minimum 800 miles depending on where we go. I always do a quick...

glad to hear it worked out. nothing like a winter trailer repair in the elements to keep one focused lol. I always have a grinder when trailering for such things or locks if needed. Last year had a buddy have spring issue and found out I did not have enough cut off wheels with. Whole new axle is...

Bergland and Boondock are a little further and then add the time change to eastern time zone, that is a quick hour on the road! Krupps in close to Boondock, worth a look as well. If your entertaining going to the Keweenaw look at Centennial Cottages in Calumet. Close to town and Marylyn and...

    Recommendations for Northwoods snowmobile getaway

Gateway lodge in Lando is good for quick trips. cabin feel with some added extras to enjoy if you choose. Boulder Jct. Big Bear Hideaway has very nice cabins and great owners, several different sizes depending on number of people. Also stayed a place called Mean Arlene's in boulder, small house...

    Vansville and Cliff View bars

as of last 2 seasons Vansville is still closed, added a gate just off the trail so could not go take a peak at what it looked like. almost rode the road from cliff view but did not. Cliff View is under new ownership and has taken a different atmosphere such as fancy drinks and no more foot...
