Traffic has been heavy on the weekends and even though the trails look good, you still are running on ice as the new snow is nothing but baby powder. I'm going to guess many don't know how to handle the slick trails, just like they can't handle slick roads. JMHO

I was wondering the same thing, Pete. Was there today and it was pleasantly crowded. Nice displays and it seemed very organized for those wanting to ride. People signed up and were given a number and time they would ride.

The guy I talked to was the one who bought those 10 sleds. And as you say, they were pretty nice with some extra bells and whistles that I don't know [I mechanically declined, lol] and some really different type of engineering but really cool.

They had to cancel the World Series racing this weekend in Eagle River. The water trucks fell thru the ice and created huge holes in turns 3-4, so out of safety for those who race, it was cancelled.

Been wearing one for 15 years or more. Absolutely love it----warm, comfortable, and good for posture.

There was a good response. Nice crowd on hand. There was a 45 min break and then some more sleds but not many. Didn't kn ow tis but if you paid an entry fee, you could be on the track running laps if you found an owner to let you. Needed tech vest and helmet---strongly advised of shin guards...
